  Absolutely heartbreaking and unacceptable experience. My dog Mimi died within 24 hours after receiving services/treatment connected to Petco/Vetco. She was my baby, my shadow, and part of my family. I trusted this company with her life, and now she’s gone. The emotional pain from this loss is unbearable, and the lack of accountability only makes it worse. No pet owner should ever have to walk away feeling like their concerns don’t matter after losing their dog. Please think carefully before trusting your pets here.I am absolutely devastated after losing my dog Mimi shortly after services/treatment through Petco/Vetco. She passed away within 24 hours, and my heart is shattered. Mimi was more than a pet....she was family. She was loving, playful, and always by my side. Trusting someone else with her care was supposed to be safe, but instead I’m left grieving one of the biggest losses of my life. I hope this company takes situations like this seriously and improves how they care for animals and communicate with pet owners during emergencies and tragedies. Rest peacefully, Mimi. You were so loved.

  So my wife took our pug about 5 years old to get flea treatment. The doctor gave him vaccines, flea medicine, and another medication, after a day they said he has hook worms after first small dosage within 12hours when I woke up our dog was dead. He was perfectly healthy and happy before going to petco. The doctor said I could bring him and they could do a cremation taking no accountability for over medication a little dog. I feel like the doctor got her license out of Cheerios and not even the honey kind. After we lost our son in 2024 our dog brought happiness to our family and petco killed Jimmy buffet stay away from this place go to a real vet

  Along with a very patient and friendly doctor the staff was wonderful..polite..they greeted us with warm smiles 😊 We had a very pleasant experience..

  Dr. Feder & her team are amazing. Stevie, Dae, Bethany are always so nice. They take incredible care of our pups & always take the time to answer all our questions. We know our pups are in great hands. The vital rewards program has been great- highly recommend. Thanks for caring so well of Stella & Maker!! We appreciate it ☺️
