- LLLucyJul 30, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my first experience at the Petco Grooming Salon. I booked my appointment online for Tuesday, July 28 at 1:00 PM. My online reservation clearly showed a total of $78.99 for the grooming package, teeth brushing, and materials fee. When I arrived, I was told the total would be $83.99 including tax, but when I picked up my dog, I was charged $96.99 including tax without any clear explanation. I felt misled by the pricing. I specifically chose Sarai because of her positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, she was unfriendly, impatient, and spoke to me in a rude, demanding tone. As a first-time customer, I expected guidance and professionalism, but instead I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I had already selected all the services I wanted online, including teeth brushing. During check-in, I was repeatedly encouraged to add more paid services, such as nail grinding. When I politely declined, her attitude noticeably changed, making me feel uncomfortable. The biggest disappointment was the haircut. I even showed a reference photo of the style I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like it. My dog’s coat was uneven, patchy, and poorly trimmed. I was very unhappy with the quality of the grooming. Even though I left a $10 tip, I regretted it after seeing the final result. I had planned to return for training services, but after the poor customer service, the unexpected increase in price, and the disappointing grooming, I will not be returning or recommending this location.
