We recently had an issue with a delivery from an online order being damaged and took it into the store for a refund. Colin helped us out at the counter and was absolutely what you’d wish for from an associate. He was very helpful and even called a few hours later to tell us he found a pack of canned food in the return box as well. We were honestly going to switch online ordering platforms until this experience, and will now make the drive to purchase all of our animal food in store to support the fantastic team here! I wish all shopping experiences were this great.

Petco is amazing, they love animals here and make them a priority as they should be. The adoption section for cats is absolutely awesome and they are so tentative and do not ignore anything about they job or duties there. The birds are so interactive with you after they notice you. The whole store is absolutely precious and deserves the credit for caring for animals, bravo 👏. God bless 🙏😊🤘

This was one of the coolest petcos I been to. Toms of animals and supplies to care for them.

Our first time at Petco. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. She invited us to join the Pet Rewards program, which saved me $18 on that visit!

Took my Franklin in for his first spa appointment. It was his first time being without me and they treated him wonderfully. Everyone was so excited to see him when we got there which I was relieved because it was his first time with strangers. I really appreciate the staff and the fact that my baby was treated so well. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of our specialist but she was amazing. Thank you so much for making his first time being away from me and his first grooming such a positive experience. Franklin and I will definitely be coming back.
