- MGMichelle GarrettDec 22, 20251.0Made an initial appointment for 5pm today and received, an emailed, coupon for Free First Exam. I contacted Vetco to confirm my appointment. I was asked several questions and informed I needed to email them vaccination records prior to appointment. I also mentioned the coupon and my appointment was moved up to 4:30pm. After emailing the vaccination records, I called to confirm receipt. I was asked more questions and I mentioned the coupon to deter the add on services mentioned. We arrived to the appointment and I was again asked for the vaccination records and the same health questions I answered on two separate phone calls. At this point I was told there is a $5.99 fee if I use the coupon. I was not provided a clear explanation or an apology for the lack of disclosure. Instead, I was met with a sarcastic attitude for asking about the fee, lack of disclosures on two phone calls, and canceling the appointment. I was abruptly told happy holidays by the ignorant front desk staff. Terrible customer service. We rushed there for nothing and wasted our time.
