- NDNatalie DonatoJul 17, 20261.0I am beyond disappointed/frustrated with my experience at Vetco. I took off work and paid over $400 for my cat's splint, only for it to fall off within 30 minutes. A splint that cannot even stay on long enough to get home is completely unacceptable. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service afterward. Vetco refused to even schedule a phone call to discuss the situation or explain my options moving forward. After spending hundreds of dollars, the absolute least I expected was the courtesy of a conversation. When you trust a vet with your pet's care, you expect competence and expertise. I was left with a pet whose treatment had failed almost immediately and a clinic that seemed unwilling to even discuss how to make it right. I cannot recommend Vetco based on this experience. The doctors are completely incompetent. If your pet is injured take them literally anywhere else.

She eased my dogs nerves and answered all of my questions and concerns while doing so. Dr. Law was very helpful explaining my dog was healthy. I definitely recommend this Vetco location. I will be back!
