  Went last night the tech was friendly but vet came in and hardly looked at my dog after he’s being treated for fleas and I asked for a full physical examination vet hardly looked at my Gussie. Wait was 3 hours which would be fine if he got a full examination.

  Vet tech was nice and quick but doctor never showed. Literally waited over 2 hours, asked multiple times if the doctor was coming, was told yes, and they never came. My cat didn’t even get seen and I was one of the only people in the building. Wasted over 2 hours and they didn’t even say anything when I walked out the door!

  The level of care and service we received was truly beyond anything I could have expected. The moment I walked in, my dog was having a seizure, and the front office staff immediately rushed over, took him into their care, and began helping him. They quickly reassured me that he had been given medication, was sedated, and was finally calm. Dr. Taylor Pit was incredibly caring, patient, and attentive to both my dog and our family. Sadly, my sweet boy didn’t make it, but I will never forget the compassion we received during his final moments. Everyone treated him with so much care until the very last second, and that means more to me than I can express. I live in Katy, but if I ever have another pet emergency, I would absolutely return here. I cannot recommend this facility enough. Truly 10+ service and care.
