We came here to have my dog evaluated for blood in her stool and waited for two hours without being seen. We checked in and were put in a room after about 30 minutes only to sit and wait there without a single update. I understand people are walking in with high priority animals who are in critical condition, however there was no communication from the front desk staff. We had to reach out to see what our expected wait time was, as the receptionist played on her Alienware computer, and received pretty rude responses. This was a very dissatisfying experience, and my dog agrees. I could write this review long enough for you to read while you wait at this place, but I’ll just end it here.

Amanda was absolutely amazing during my visit to the vet! She was so helpful, caring, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. You can truly tell she loves what she does and cares about the animals and their owners. On top of that, she was just the sweetest and so cute! The service was excellent from start to finish, and because of Amanda, I will definitely be coming back. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive vet nurse. Thank you for making such a great experience for me and my pet!

I took in a little kitten I found, and Dr. Lopez and vet tech Stephanie gave him absolutely exceptional care. They were incredibly loving, gentle, and attentive from the moment we arrived. You can tell they truly care about the animals and the people who bring them in. The entire experience felt warm, compassionate, and professional. From the first call I made by Anthony, and the receptionist also were amazing. First-class veterinary care in every way - I'm so grateful for the kindness and expertise they showed this 1.15 lb kitten. I highly recommend.
What happened in my situation was months ago, but is a bit overdue. I was running around going to hospitals that could help with my puppies. I was sent to this one, and seeing the (at least) 4 star rating gave us some hope that we could get our puppies some help. They needed some blood transfusions and some deworming. They wanted to charge $10k on the spot. We didn't have that on hand, so I was attempting to ask for some leeway, but the nurse seemed to get annoyed with the situation. She was upset that we didn't have the money, and not on the puppies conditions. She kept insisting that they needed to stay over night to be watched over. The moment I asked if it was possible to give me tips to watch over them myself and just do the blood transfusions, oh boy. First of all, she started stammering as if yes that's an option, but she definitely didn't want to. (It wasn't an 'oh I'm sorry that's not possible because there are certain procedures to follow' but rather 'no because then we can't charge you for the stay') Second, she immediately started going on a rant about how she's been a nurse for over 24 years. Lady, I DON'T CARE. If anything, that's nothing to brag about because people like that tend to skip over the basics because of how 'experienced' they are. I just wanted to get them treated. Then she said that the puppies levels needed attention, but that medication can suffice. We were still charged a $2-3k, but with the hope that we can get them treated. They both ended up dying within 24 hours after the visit. 24 HOURS!!! That was nothing! There were no mentions of hours. She said at least weeks! And to put more salt into it, they kept sending letters (postcards) practically every other day about getting their vaccines. No calls or checks about how they were doing, or for any follow-ups. It got so out of hand I had to call and tell them that they didn't make it, and to stop sending vaccine reminders, and what did the receptionist say? 'Kay' and hung up. At least give me the generic 'I'm so sorry that happened'. I understand that they probably get a lot of bad situations that don't turn out well, but seriously? I'm sure it wasn't exactly heartbreaking for Ms. 24 years, but have some compassion. I was already attached to them and ready to have them become part of the family. I'm glad so many people have had good experiences, and were able to take their babies home good as new. I based my expectations on those reviews, but it's unfortunate that we didn't get that life saving experience. One experience shouldn't define it, but I'm personally not going to be returning here.

My poor cat, Ellie, got her lower fang torn and angled in her mouth. Took her in and was immediately pulled back. I was so worried for her and the cost of everything. I panicked average cost of dental surgery and got CareCredit just in case for the amount (usually dental surgery is between $1,000 and $3,000).
The doctor came back with her and told me that they were able to pull it cleanly with the root intact and all she needed from there was medication for healing over the next week. I was very thankful for their help and relieved Ellie did not need any surgery. I was ready to stay there for however long it was going to be bringing a charger and my work from the office.
The vet tech, who was with me start to finish, came back with the cost of services and I was already ready to pay at least $1,000. They said they waved the fee and I only needed to pay for her medication. I couldn't help but cry with the amount of relief I felt with everything. They took care of not only my Ellie, but me as well. The whole process start to finish was less than an hour.
I cannot thank each and every staff member that helped Ellie out and the amount of relief for her and myself. I highly recommend going for any service needed. I wish I could remember the names of the vet tech and the doctor that took the time to make this whole stressful situation easy.
