  My dog was not shaking as he usually does when he arrives at a grooming location. He was talked to first and petted and then escorted out. The staff was friendly to me and respectful of my dog. From what I saw and by how my fur baby acted, it was a good experience. Will go back for sure!

  1st time here. Took my Yorkie to get his 2nd haircut ever in his life lol and honestly found the place I was looking for. Diana was perfect, best service ever. My dog is not easy to groom, but she tried her best and went above and beyond. 10 stars if I could, HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIANA, she will get you right. Go see her!! 💯

  Alex is such a delight! She always cuts my dog’s hair perfectly ,and she is so gentle! She also informs me if she notices any abnormalities such as extra buildup in my dog’s ears. I can tell she really cares and takes pride in what she does!

  We booked for grooming for our dog, and when we arrived the lady said how you want the face to be done, we said please make sure its short and remove the extra hair around the eyes, and we told her the usual anti-allergenic shampoo and short hair, we went to pick her up after they sent us the message she is ready for pick up, and when we arrived nothing change! I told her are you sure you groomed her? she said oh no, I'm not a groomer and we give her only shower, we paid $60 for just a shower! I already have special shampoo at home and all the kit for my dog, I only take her for grooming, this made us very upset because she was not clear with us before we leave my dog there. She should have said that the groomer is not available and you booked for grooming, Do you like to give her a shower only! or come back in another day when the groomer is available! if you don't know how to deal with customers, why are you working in the front desk? This was not only upsetting, we left from there upset and really angry, you cheated on us! you did something we didn't ask you to do. we have been there 4 times last few months, it was not always perfect, sometimes the hair is long from the belly side, sometimes the tail is very long, the ears one is shorter than the other. I ignored small things, but this one is really made us angry. we will not go back again. and if anyone wants to take there dog there, make sure they are not going to cheat on you.
