  I am very disappointed with this store. Never have I had an issue with Petco. Yesterday when I went to exchange a faulty light bulb for a beardie. The associate Lylif or Lilif (glasses with piercings around her face) said I couldn't exchange and had to purchase another one. However my receipt says 30 to 60 days. How is it printed on my receipt but cant abide by the policy?! Her words "not at this store" only 30 days. I didnt want money just a simple exchange for the faulty bulb. She was very passive aggressive like I was asking for too much. I wish you could run your camera and see her face and attitude. She was also talking to her coworker that way. She told the coworker "he's doing the stuff I told you to do yesterday" calling out the coworker for not completing her task the previous day. Very bad service and I do not recommend. I will take my business elsewhere. Customer Service training is needed!!

  OMG during a time I needed help with my pets and needed to find specific items, An PETCO Angel 😇 who goes by Leslie stepped up with a smile and walked me all the way through with my list of supplies. She is truly remarkable kind and professional. PETCO keep staffing amazing people like Leslie, truly one of a kind and made my experience here a memorable one.

  Awful management They are lazy and overwork the team who actually puts in the work, instead of the management.
