  Updating because after calling corporate, Sabrina, the store manager was so gracious to help me with the Fido nametag situation. I appreciate her due diligence in making the matter right and finding a way to get my original receipt. I hope that her staff also work to provide customer service like her.

  The grooming team here is exceptional! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My dog can be a little difficult to groom and Madison handled him very well.

  Scheduled a grooming appointment with the pet salon and they cancelled it because they don’t like staying late on Sundays. Had this happen multiple times.

  They overcharged me for two items by $15 . Not vey friendly when asked why. The staff at the checkout counter was not interested in helping figure out the real price and then she did not pack an item. When I came back for the item she said that it fell out of my shopping bag, which is not true because it was a big bag and it was not full. Also the store is very cluttered making it heard to navigate with a cart.

  In response to the email offering a PupCup I took my dog Benny to get dog and cat food. They don’t carry his preferred Benifull AND they weren’t prepared to offer Benny his pup cup. “Sorry, we forgot to take it out of the freezer and we’re outta whipped cream”. This store is ALWAYS stuffed with product on pallets and carts waiting to be stocked, clogging the isles. If this is a franchise it should be terminated. If it’s a company owned store the district/regional manager should be replaced.
