  Will not be returning due to the fact that whoever is in charge of answering the phone is extremely rude. I have never had a service provider HANG UP IN MY FACE and when I call back no apology given. There are too many places that provide the same service for me to settle for disrespect.

  Save yourself the trouble! This has got to be the worst Petco in Houston. The store is filthy, you can’t get a basket down the aisles because of the boxes of products are stacked high and not restocked on the shelves - actually dangerous. There was water on the floor in the aquarium area where it had leaked out. The poor cockatiels were stressed and biting at the screws in their plexiglass container that is pretty bare; the employees are rude and ordering online and retrieving your orders are a joke!

  I took my dog to get groomed here and i paid $90 and my dogs nails were too short and she was bleeding and she’s still scared and anxious after her appointment Edit to say when my husband called and complained the person helping was very rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience for being upset our dog was injured
