  Love how everyone associate is only too happy to help. One volunteers when she saw I wasn’t finding what I was looking for in puppy training pads. I was in a hurry and I really appreciated her help! The same with the cashier. Very pleased!

  Had an appt this am @ 10:30. I have been coming here for 10yrs. Mgr seemed irritated because one of the groomers didn't show up. My dog is extremely timid and afraid of everything, as soon as I put her down, she peed. As soon as she knows we are getting in the car, she shakes like a leaf. So finally left at 11:00. Got a call 45 min later from the same Mgr that checked me in, and proceeded to tell me that Razzle was falling over and couldn't stand up and that they couldn't continue the groom which is understandable! So I picked her up and Tiffany brought her out and she had a total different explanation, she said that Razzle didn't want to stand up and didn't want to stress her out. It was my understanding that they have slings for them. So I brought her home and put her outside and she was prancing around in the backyard and was totally fine. Personally, the fact that the Mgr and the groomer had 2 different interpretations is suspicious to me. There have been a ton of turnover in this location and from what I've gathered from my recent experience, I can see why! I feel the Mgr was retaliating against me. I will never be back to this location. If I would have taken her to a emergency clinic it would have cost me a fortune for no reason at all. I think there are a lot of dogs that really don't enjoy going to the groomers and the fact that they didn't try to work with her, really upsets me. We will see if the district Mgr Paul will review the video and get back with me next week.

  Rude grooming attendant. I went in to book an appointment for grooming. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone helped me while there was an employee on her cell phone the whole time. I asked the attendant why that was, and she immediately got an attitude and said she not doing this do you want a manager? I didn’t but surely did after her response. This is the second time I’ve gone into this location to book an appointment and that same girl was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Idk if they just don’t care about customer service for black people or something else. Either way, they have training to do. Booked on the website, ngl kinda scared to even give them my dog now.

  It was a good experience to go in and venture around. Wasn't too much of a great customer experience coming from the employees, but it also could've just been another bad day for some. Either way, the selection seemed a bit limited, but it also isn't as big as other Petco's I've visited in the past.
