  Vetco staff was unhelpful and very disrespectful . You would think vet techs would love animals . Everything was more about money not trying to help look up account while I was holding g 2 puppies . Horrible experience

  Very disappointing going to these store now days....they never have anything in stock. As well as the store and employee just dont seem to care anymore. Sad that true animals lovers are getting more limited everyday as to where they can truly shop.

  Sadly I have to give one star . I think this is actually the worse PETSMART location , I went yesterday was not able to find what I was looking for but unfortunately that was not the real issue. I went back today to look for a second option (since I was not able to find the first item) and went by the fish section one of the Bettas has been dead in those horrible cups since yesterday. I noticed it yesterday and others had horrible water condition . How can I make a report ? You guys need to do better. If you cannot afford or if you cannot properly take care of ANY living thing DO NOT SELL IT . Sadly , I cannot offend anyone but all the worker said was "OH" Oh??? Really ? (Black lightsking man , bald headed) please look into this location. I'm not sure if I cant contact Houston Aspca. I will be looking into that. You guys have a great store , everything thing you need is here "anything for pets" except taking good care of animals.

Whenever I need recommendations, advice, or solid tips for setting up tanks and habitats, I know I can completely rely on the team. Huge shoutout to Kassie, Marva, and especially Thayfeliz—she is always so happy that just hearing her name steals a smile and brightens whatever kind of day you were having! They are all knowledgeable, super helpful, and always have your back. ​Pro-tip for regular shoppers: definitely take advantage of the Vital Care Premier (VPP) perks and Autoship. The discounts and rewards add up fast and make a massive difference. ​Also, a special thanks to the Vetco mobile team. As the owner of two full-grown male cats who can be a bit grumpy, I’m always blown away by how patient, gentle, and caring the vet staff is with them. ​Please, please, please—if you visit the Westheimer Petco, ask for any of the crew members I mentioned. They genuinely care and will make sure you and your pets are taken care of!
