Just adopted a cat from lucky family dog. Thank you for what they do. They are a very active rescue group. They always have great dogs and cats every week.

Lucky Family Dog is an incredible rescue partner! Their cat adoption program inside the store is well organized, and it’s clear how much they care about every cat they rescue. The cats are healthy, well cared for, and their personalities are matched thoughtfully with potential adopters. The adoption process was smooth, and the volunteers were kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping each cat find the perfect forever home. It’s wonderful to see a rescue making such a positive impact in the community while giving homeless cats a second chance. I highly recommend supporting Lucky Family Dog, whether you’re looking to adopt, volunteer, or donate. They truly make a difference, and I’m grateful for everything they do for these animals.

Your stor.\n Es are very dirty, and your customer service. Representatives are very disrespectful to the disabled overcrowdedness of products that they cannot keep up to put away the items in time for the store's opening that there's product in the aisles where you cannot move around in the store every aisle when you're trying to get something, it's full you can't find nothing in that store and the customer service will not help you. Your employees do not help your customers, which is sad.And then they don't even pick up the other customers, dogs, boo or pee.PeeWhen it is on the floor right by the cash rest , the employee don't even alert you before you get to it

We recently (July 10, 2026) adopted a kitten from this store. The kitten was and still is very sick and is taking 3 medications. When we got her, the adoption worker stated that she was in good health, but that there were no guarantees. We scheduled a vet visit right away but their availability was not available until 3 days later. That adoption agency only gives you 3 days to take them to the vet. What’s wrong with the kitten? She has been having diarrhea, sneezing and acts lethargic. Her medicines involve anti diarrhea, anti worm, and antibiotic. When i called Petco about the issues we are having, they simply said that their adoption centers are 3rd party and they are not responsible. They should also be responsible because these people are representing their company and are putting for adoption sick animals. I spent over $500 so far in vet bills. All from testing, not even preventative. We’re not looking for the perfect kitten, but there should be laws in place to prevent them from allowing people to adopt sick animals without disclosing it. It’s sad because these kittens deserve the best care! They are living breathing animals! So to anyone considering adopting an animal from here, please reach out to the humane society or any other reputable adoption centers NOT Petco! Do better petco!
