  Kassie is amazing! She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Everytime I go there, she is always so helpful and upbeat and makes my Petco experience so happy!

  Ordered online a item I needed very quickly. My fish tank filter had quit working after an electrical outage. I needed a new filter fast and Petco had what I needed and at the best price available. I ordered it online and it was ready for pickup within two hours. I received a email the item was ready for pickup and arrived at the store shortly after. The clerk greeted me and retrieved my item promptly. I highly recommend this service for anyone who needs something quickly. Great experience 👍.

  I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this location involving both poor customer service and unhealthy livestock. I originally came in for Ember Tetras to complete a school. The first employee, Kassie, accidentally gave me a Harlequin Rasbora instead. I didn't notice until I was on my way home (15 min) , so I returned to swap it. That’s where the real issues began. The employee I dealt with next, Thayfeliz, was extremely dismissive and rude. When I pointed out that I had been given the wrong fish, she insisted it was an Ember Tetra and told me it "just had poop inside." I know the difference between these fish; she refused to admit an honest mistake was made and gave me a "mean mug" when I asked to just swap the fish anyway. To make things worse, the new fish and shrimp were all shoved into the same bag without care. Within 20 minutes, the fish were already dying. After testing the water from their bag i saw it was full of ammonia. Despite my own water being perfect, 3 out of the 4 shrimps died before night. When I returned for a refund. I had to deal with the same rude employee at the register. While the "water expert" who tested my samples was nice and professional (she had ginger hair), I went back to the register to let them know that my water was good and that their tank water was horrible and then the thayfeliz girl looks at kassie and she says "our water??" like she doesnt believe us which is ridiculous and thafeliz sends her to make sure we were right or whatever.. then thayfeliz tells me "well why didnt you just come back the same day?" like what? i have things to do rather than fixing YOUR mistakes. the overall management and the attitude of the floor staff are terrible, people like them shouldnt be working at a place like this. They also overcharged me on a "Buy 3, Get 1" deal, though the money is less of an issue than the lack of care for the animals and the customers. Mind you i went to a different petco and the ember tetras & shrimp i received there are thriving in my tank.

  INHUMANE!!! the POOR kittens and cats. Their litter has not been changed in clearly a long time as there was barely any loose litter left in the litter box. The water bowls absolutely filthy, and cages DIRTY. What horrible conditions for an animal to live in. There were multiple staff members just hanging out and talking you would think with their down time they could help give better living conditions (CLEANING) for these sweet pets. It’s very ironic a pet store would treat its animals so cruelly. Do better.
