Because of the high price, I was afraid there might be some difficulty returning it. But Mathew was super-helpful exchanged it right away, no questions asked. The customer service at this location is top-notch !!!

- YRYuliana RinehartAug 6, 20261.0Hard to get assistance. Asked cashier about crickets, she directed us to the back seeming annoyed. We went to the back and waited around, we passed two employees sitting in a room near the crickets. We stood by crickets for at least 5-10 minutes contemplating leaving. Finally my husband just started doing it himself. We had an employee walk towards us then walk away. I even loudly said “so I guess we have to do it ourselves then”. Finally Grace an employee came out and mentioned how staff needed to help get them. I mentioned we’ve been waiting and told an employee we needed crickets and had an employee even see us then walk away. No one offered help. Grace was very kind and apologetic. She was obviously working her station and was doing well but wasn’t notified. Every other employee seemed to be walking circles looking for something to do. Disappointed in the service and a bit surprised in the lack of professionalism by the staff.

Cluttered junk in the way of people trying to move and shop. Clean the aisles!
