Marcus, a collar for Petco was very nice and spoke nicely. He helped us get our guinea pigs and treated us very good if you speak with him on call you are very lucky.

Matthew, the manager rocks!! He went all the way to the back and dug out two massive things of fishy water when he could have easily just said they were out. Thank you Matthew. 👍😊

I actually posted a review this morning. I went to the bay area store for a feet fanny and face trim and some nail buffing service was horrible. I had to go to a different location the one in League City so they could cClean up what the Bay Area Blvd. store did or did not do. After leaving the League City Petco I did call and speak to the manager at the Bay Area location. They listened and they did refund me the amount that I paid for Ellie my Yorkie mix so I was very satisfied with that type of service so thank you the management for refunding and listening. I think you just need to speak to your Groomers and tell them not to be so rude and unkind to either the customers and the Pups themselves. I think Ellie was a little scared , but I think she could feel how the groomer was not in a good mood. This was not the first visit at this location. I will not be returning here and now I will only visit the league location. Both Heather and Amy were awesome, friendly and helpful.

Petco is a supermarket for pets. They have a ton of options for pet food. This location is quiet and clean. The staff were helpful when I could not find the specialty dog food I requested. The grooming salon staff was so helpful. I usually go to another nearby location. They called me.a few hours before the appointment to make sure that I dod not accidently schedule at the wrong location. Thats good customer service. It was intentional because I had limited time when I could take my dog in for his grooming. Sarah in grooming is super sweet and my dog came back to me looking cute and smelling great. My only criticism is that the prices are i bit higher than other stores. And I have never been able to successfully get my free bag of dog food because of issues with the app.
