  It seems Nate has been an issue for some time and honestly should not be employed talking to people the way he does. He is RUDE and doesn’t know what the word customer service is. VERY condescending. Cannot answer questions or help without seeming like he’s mad at you for being there and bothering him. Will NEVER return to this location. If i could give 0 stars I would.

  My most dearest family member recently passed away 😢 TANK aka Tanker Truck breed-Boxer protector gave us a special 13 yrs lots of smiles great family member great friend special doesn't begin to describe this angel, truly a gift from above. I was blessed the day I met you thank you for letting me know you and letting me love you. Missed not forgotten

  I took my dog to the Vetco Mobile Clinic just to get her flea meds inside this Petco. We had an appointment at 11:00 AM, checked in and waited in line for 40 minutes then we finally check in with Mouamen B. who was very very rude and unprofessional. He seemed as if the paying customers aka ME were bothering him so I requested to speak with someone else. Madison S. confirmed my information and I weighed my dog and then she told me we still needed to wait and I explained to her all we needed was Bravecto but she said you need to wait. Now 45 minutes later and still waiting and all I needed was the prescription to get my dog's flea meds at the register. Finally at 12:00 PM even though our appointment was at 11:00AM Madison B. walked up to me and handed me the prescription and she definitely needs customer service training too. IDK why we received a receipt with the veterinarian's signature as she NEVER saw my dog or spoke with me about my dog. These people are a joke and shouldn't be dealing with customers or anyone's pet ever. Although, I spoke with the store manager and he explained to me that they're a third party but Um Hello they are in your store and this type of treatment towards your customers is unacceptable. The owner can reply and doesn't make a difference as I will never return to this location again. This review will be posted on several other platforms. Petco Do Better and speak with the Vetco employees as they are in your store and mistreating your customers!!

  Had everything I needed! The reptiles for sale didnt seem to have the proper husbandry or paired when they shouldn't be paired as adults.
