    The two associates at the store when I came for my curbside pick up, were chitchatting the whole time that I was waiting for pickup. The app even prompted me to remind the store that I was outside waiting. I just decided to just go ahead and go inside to grab my stuff. When I went in to ask about it. They seem completely unaware that anything had been requested, and the guy resumed talking on his phone. If any manager or director or whomever is in charge, today is Tuesday, May 19 the time is 12:30 PM and there was a male and girl at the time to review who his associates were I think the guy had piercings with black hair and surely the girl didn’t do anything so I don’t even know what she looks like black hair too. To add another insult, the guy ended up picking up his phone to chat after giving me my order, so he simply just did not take the time to go outside to check or their system, but had time to go outside and talk on the phone right after I did my pick up, which is quite literally insulting. They have two areas of parking and spots for curbside which may be something that wants to look into thoroughly displeased, the only reason I even came to this location is that my usual store didn’t have in stock the products I need and in order to get my offers I needed to submit the order online overall I have decided I’m never coming back to the spot. I don’t know how they have so many good reviews when the store is dingy the parking makes no sense and the associates don’t care. I highly recommend going to the Weslayan location instead.

    I've been coming to this location for a few years now. The staff is always really nice, including the Vetco attached as well. Parking is never issues, and they have no qualms with checking the back if your fur bebe has a special diet. Thanks, Petco!

    This Petco needs to get better and or more cat toys. Cat toys are just as important as dog toys.

    Not a great experience with the vet staff. Took one of my dogs in a little less than a month ago to get treatment on various conditions. The initial vet and techs there were great and although he wasn’t being super friendly they were very attentive and prescribed medication that helped tremendously. Because the medication worked so well, I decided to order more from chewy as a temporary alternative to taking him back in. I work 12 hour days 6 days a week currently and just needed to keep him on that medication a bit longer until I could get him in to get more done. I received a call today from Jada/Jayda saying that my request was being denied. I was told the vet that initially saw my dog was out until later in May and because they had no way to contact her they couldn’t fulfill it. I was mildly understanding and just said I will try to get him in elsewhere. She asked if she could put me on hold to discuss with the vet that was present and get his opinion. Unfortunately I was not put on hold and was able to hear the entire conversation that was had. Jada/Jayda was extremely dismissive and even laughed at the situation during points of the conversation. I was truly disappointed and upset that such little empathy or care seemed to be shown in this situation. Instead of snapping back as I truly wanted to, I politely said that I will go elsewhere and will cancel my Vetco membership. I asked for her name and I could tell she knew I was not on hold and heard the entire conversation. Under no circumstances will I be back and I will surely make sure that others know about the unprofessionalism as well.

    My partner received a call from this location regarding our dog’s medication, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. Jada/Jayda believed she had placed my partner on hold while speaking to the vet, but instead could be heard laughing and speaking dismissively about our concerns. When you’re dealing with someone’s pet and their health, a little empathy and professionalism should be the bare minimum. This was very disappointing.
