  I came in looking for a Litter Genie and while I found some that were overstock on top of the shelves, I couldn’t find where they were displayed or any sort of price. There were three employees hanging out in the back of the store, none of who offered to help even though it was clear that I was looking for something. As I got ready to walk up to one of them, he had turned and walked the other direction, although I was clearly walking towards him. I’ll just go to Walmart or PetSmart. I won’t be revisiting this Petco again.

  Door dasher left my order outside of my building and it was stolen, i called the customer support number from the petco app and they said they were NOT customer support and was nothing they could do. they gave me another phone number that’s an AI bot that is greatly unhelpful

  We’ve been coming to this store with our beautiful girl since the very first day, we got her as a puppy. This is the closest and most convenient Petco to us, and we found ourselves there at least once a week. The staff are all very approachable and the manager is very kind. She always greets us and our girl and is incredibly helpful. We’ve also had a great grooming experience here! Highly recommend this store! <3

  The store is terribly understaffed, it's only two people at a time in this entire building. I've tried three times to get fish, the first time they didn't have what I wanted the second time I didn't know they closed the fish section early because they only have two people on staff and the third time just now one person was at the cashier station and the second person is in a meeting and is unable to get me fish. I was told to come back again tomorrow! Sorry, three strikes you're out. I'll drive further to get better service.. the folks that work here are fine, they're always nice and attentive when they can be, this is an executive issue so corporate needs to step up and figure it out. UPDATE: wouldn't you know it, I'm so lucky... There is a PetSmart 2min from here! Adios Petco! 2nd update: I do appreciate the quick response. Also, after my PetSmart visit I do have more to add.... They were very well staffed and quite busy, just entering the store I immediately saw 4 team members in different areas. However, truth be told that a fish selection was lacking and not nearly as many options as Petco has. (Although not being able to buy fish three times in a row might as well equal not even having a fish department no matter how many options they have) I will be forced to try again since I need a different snails and and shrimp for more targeted algae control. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ Petco actually has several options of snails and shrimp, also catfish and loach and even crawfish PetSmart didn't carry any of those.

  Dorian was our stylist, and he was absolutely amazing. My dog, Watson, is a rescue with a history of abuse and lingering trauma, especially around water and grooming. Grooming appointments have always been stressful for both of us, but Dorian handled him with so much patience, care, and compassion. Not only did Watson look fantastic afterward, but I could also tell he felt more comfortable and at ease. It was clear that Dorian genuinely loves and cares for the dogs he works with. We’re already looking forward to coming back next month for Watson’s trim. Thank you again for such wonderful service!
