Bought 35 count superworms just to only have 9 in the container and like a few dead. Equaling less than half for what I was expecting. Be aware that counts are not accurate and verify before purchasing the pre-packaged bugs. Other then that store was nice and employees were nice.

🚨 ABSOLUTE TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE — FIRE THIS CLOWN! 🚨 Would give 0 stars if I could I have been a loyal customer of this store for over 10 YEARS, spending thousands of dollars on dog food, saltwater fish, and freshwater fish. But after my recent experience, I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. I asked a customer service employee named BRANTON (or Brandon, whatever this clown’s name is) to help me get some fish. He nets the first one, and when I point out three more fish I want to buy, he completely loses it and starts throwing a massive attitude. He actually had the nerve to scold me, saying I "should have told him beforehand" that I wanted more fish because I had to fill out some paperwork. Are you kidding me?! What kind of absolute stupidity is that? I am literally trying to give your store my business, and I’m being lectured by a lazy, miserable employee because he has to do his actual job? "Petco, I was his employer, I would fire him on the spot. He has zero customer service skills and is completely toxic to your business." But wait, it gets even better. The absolute pinnacle of idiocy was when he told me he was going to pack all 4 fish—from DIFFERENT TANKS—into one single bag. I have been keeping and buying fish for 20 YEARS. Even a kid knows that you never mix fish from different tanks into one bag due to different water temperatures, chemical parameters, and cross-contamination risks. It is the single dumbest, most unprofessional comment I have ever heard in my two decades in this hobby. He is clueless, dangerous to the livestock, and profoundly incompetent. Management, you need to check Brandon immediately. He is driving away decade-long loyal customers with his atrocious attitude and pure ignorance. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to get yelled at by a clown who doesn't even know basic fish care!

The Pedigree roasted chicken kibble delivered by Petco in the 38lb bag was discolored, probably bad. I didn't notice that until my dog developed digestive issues after eating it. Normally, the kibbles are brown, green, orange, etc. In this bag, they were all brown. My dog, a Bernese, turned his nose up at it first, and that dog always devours. He did eat it, finally, twice, and that was soon followed by one vomit and about 2 days of diarrhea. I returned it to my neighbor Petco and bought the exact same product at my Kroger. In that bag, the kibble colors appeared normal and immediately, my dog is back to normal. Long story short, that Pedigree roasted chicken dog food was not good. That isn't the first time I have gotten delivery dog food that wasn't good. I don't think I will order dog food delivery anymore. 🤔

If I could give the groomers here 0 stars I would. I should’ve known something when they have a million appointments and the other location on 1960 always have a few left. I walked in with my dog and they say they need his updated shot record ok no problem I give it to them. I have a Apso Shih Tzu mixed but nobody and I mean nobody has ever looked and him and called him a medium sized dog. He’s been to Petco before so I’m sure they can see the history. The lady says I’m going to have to charge you the medium size dog price. I’m like hunh ma’am he’s been here before and other groomers as well. He’s not medium sized at all. One of the groomers heard our conversation and came to put him on the scare he was exactly 19 pounds so they said they would change it to small breed. What it should’ve been anyways so that was the first red flag. I bought solution for his ears because he always bother them after a wash and they said they couldn’t administer it. Ok no problem but I didn’t like how I was interrogated afterwards because now they see his hot spots, any pet owner or groomer of small breeds should know most of them have really bad allergies. My baby gets shots once a month and is on probiotics but it’s warm outside now so sometimes his skin is more irritated. I asked for him to be cut low and they recommended not to because his skin was already irritated so with some apprehension I agreed. When I picked him up it looked like nothing was done at all but his face. He wasn’t matted, but yet they charged me a extra $10 for blow dry, it looks like he got a trim and not a cut because it’s a month later and his hair has fully grown back. So many spots weren’t done because of his hot spots they said and then had the nerve to say we can’t take him anymore when his skin is irritated. Like ladies puhleaseeee you should’ve just called me and asked if I wanted to pay a up charge for a different shampoo for the doggies with sensitive skin, then proceeded to say and yes you should’ve take him to the groomers regularly like ma’am. I took him in mid February and now he’s here mid April what are you talking about. I don’t take him monthly because of his skin and allergy issues so I take him about a month in a half out and we brush him daily. I called to talk to the manager because I wasn’t pleased with my service but of course they are never there. Can someone in the district office get in touch with me. I read through the reviews and it’s several people saying the same thing!! No pet owner and their fur baby should have to go through this!!! Update: I did talk to someone and she was very nice although some sort of compensation should’ve been offered at least a grooming coupon seeing as though my dog looks like he’d never been groomed🙄🤦🏽‍♀️
