  I get the item that I needed, this Petco store I fully and totally recommend ,excellent customer service, I called over the phone and the associate went ahead and checked for the item on their inventory, no doubt my item was there ,I don't know the name it was a blond guy,very professional, attentive and super kind,thank you soo soo much,keep the good work,100 stars,very pleased with my visit😊

  This is a sales-driven branch that shows absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. The store manager used accusatory language instead of resolving the issue I was facing. I am completely done with this company, even though I had purchased products from them 18 times in the past year. My advice to the owner of Petco is to be more selective when hiring store managers and staff—specifically, to choose animal lovers or pet owners who can empathize with the feelings of other pet owners. Zero empathy and robotic responses; it was truly a terrible experience for me.

  Don’t bother doing curbside pick up here. You might as well go ahead and go inside and pick it up yourself. Arrived did the app and clicked in here, did the reminder and still no one comes out. Have a toddler strapped in the car seat is the reason I do curbside but no. This is like the 3rd time I have tried it so save yourself the time.

  Poor customer service. I came in today to try to purchase 2 parakeets. I went to ask for help at the register and they had us waiting more than 20min. No associate showed up and it turned out that all the workers were at the front of the store pretending to be working. I will no longer be shopping here. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
