She deliberately crowded past my excited son without saying "excuse me" or acknowledging him. When we asked for help, she immediately became interrogative about our tank setup.Despite explaining that our water was already treated, she aggressively handled a bottle of water conditioner at me, demanded we buy it, and flatly refused to sell us any fish. Her aggressive demeanor and complete lack of basic manners in front of a young child were entirely unacceptable. We walked out, took our business to a competitor, and will not return to a store that tolerates this kind of toxic customer service.
