Andrea, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain and recommend several products for our new cat, who recently joined our family. She also gave us what felt like a master class on how to properly introduce a new cat to our resident cat. Her advice was practical, detailed, and extremely helpful. Thanks to Andrea’s guidance, the introduction process went much more smoothly and quickly than I expected, and our cats are now best friends! I also had a great experience shopping at the store. Andrea and the entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us make the right choices for our pets. This is, without a doubt, the best Petco location in Houston. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a great overall experience. Thank you, Andrea and team!
