  Me hicieron el peor daño a mi perra Pomerania la dejaron calvan y les expliqué muy bien les dije que no se los cortara mucho mi pelo ya lo había llevado antes y lo hicieron bien no sé por qué le hicieron eso ahora estoy devastada por el pelo no va crecer igual 🟰 estoy en Sock 😭😭😭😭

  Aailiah, Marten, Robin were an amazing help in finding exactly what I needed. I ended up with everything I needed and then even stuff I didn't know I needed that saved me a headache in the future and a lot of money! These heroes have just made me a petco customer for life!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Petco today. I brought my dogs, Zulema and Napoleón, in for grooming services, and everything turned into a frustrating situation. I had both of their vaccination records with me, yet they kept making excuses and even made me call the veterinarian who administered the vaccines to verify the information. Despite providing everything they asked for, they still refused to bathe Zulema, claiming she was biting the staff — which is very surprising, since she has always been groomed at other places without any issues. Honestly, it felt like they just didn’t want to do their job. As for Napoleón, I was originally told it would be $70 for a full grooming service (bath, haircut, etc.), so it doesn’t make sense that the haircut would only be $10 when they ended up charging me $60 just for the bath. On top of that, they didn’t cut his hair as requested, returned him with a lot of knots still in his fur, and told me he had been very aggressive — which again is not consistent with his behavior at other grooming locations. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, poorly handled, and overpriced for the quality of service provided. I expected much better care, transparency, and professionalism.

  I don’t like leaving one star reviews but there’s a concerning member that that needs to be addressed. Came in looking for the Nulo Medal Series cat food and noticed an associate named Ty, dude with dreads. Overhearing his conversations as I’m shopping and seeing him vape inside made me appalled. Gross, nasty comments about women. I wanted to get out of there with my girlfriend as fast as possible. As most reviews are showing, it’s also a big deal about how the animals are being treated. I’ll drive all the way into the Katy location before I step foot into this one again. Absolutely ridiculous.
