  Ordering online for pick up should be simple. The website says that the order will be ready an hour after placing it. This is absolutely false. I had to call because I hadn’t heard anything or an update for five hours after placing the the order. Let me repeat, I HAD to call to check on the order that said they were preparing. Person that answered said the order hadn’t even been started yet. This is not the first time with ordering issues. Keeping the shelves stocked seems to be a issue and the staff is rude at times like you are inconveniencing them. Not the best of the Petco stores for sure.

  I had the worst experience at this Petco store yesterday I was racially profiled by the manager and the register clerk as i was buying cat litter and the manager passed by like 3 times and asked if I was ok because I was taking my time filling my cat litter containers and It became annoying when he passed by the last time and asked again! because it seem he only passed by again to see what I was doing and why was I taking long filling only two containers I asked him is there a problem that I fill I take my time filling the containers!and he said no!so when I went to register and told the lady I had two refills she was more worried on checking my basket like of the manager told her to check me good so I was annoyed when she charged for 3 and not for two containers and I asked her why she charged me for three and she said I told her 3 and I said I told you 2 only but since she was too busy trying to check my basket she didn't listen I told why is she profiling me like if her manager told her to do it!she told me because people steal and I told well I am not them people!!I will be talking to an attorney about this petco!!and I never will shop in that store again!

  Petco jas a good variety of food to pick from for your pet. The cashiers are very helpful and courteous.
