  I've always had a very good experience with this Petco store. However, the one thing that I wish they would adjust their policy about is the pre-grown cat grass. I feel that they should make an adjustment of the price for the cat grass after it has been on the shelf for 7 days. The grass in the trays only lasts for about 14 days. This grass costs $9.99 per tray and I always buy 2 trays. But there were times when I bought the trays and the grass was dead two days later. I refrigerate one tray and place the other for my cats. I have a schedule set in my calendar to alert me for watering and trimming the grass about every 4 to 5 days. I know that the store is aware of when they received the fresh delivery. Therefore, they should discount the grass trays automatically by 50% after 7 days had passed from the delivery date. That would be much more fair than to charge full price for grass that is 10 or 12 days old. Other than that complaint, (which I'm sure is the case in all the Petco stores), my experience with the attendants and service has always been great!

  Usually people only review when there is an issue, but this isn't that. This particular Petco has been amazing and our go-to ever since we moved to Cypress 2 years ago. Our extremely loved and spoiled pup goes here to get his nails done (too scared to clip solid black ones and hurt my boy) and every person I have come in contact with has been extremely nice and sweet to my very scared and nervous boy. Particular the two ladies and the taller gentleman with awesome dreads. All three have serviced our needs with the upmost professionalism and genuine care for our loved pets. Amazing hires and highly recommend promoting or rewarding these kind people with the same treatment I and my family have received. We really appreciate all the staff at this location, even outside of grooming all the employees have been nothing less than amazing and knowledgeable. Thank you again for taking care of us and our kids, we appreciate everything. Oh and to the nice lady at the counter, thank you for treating him kindly and giving him treats, you're probably his new best friend up there haha.

  Quería comprar un pez y cuando fui a pedirlo me trataron horrible, es una empleada de lentes con el cabello un poco ondulado. Desde que me acerqué a ella estuvo atendiendo de una manera súper despectiva y fea, además de eso que no me quiso vender el pez. PÉSIMO SERVICIO EN ESTA TIENDA, pasé un mal rato por culpa de esa persona, hagan algo pero cambien a sus empleados. Me quedé con las ganas de comprar el pez, pero pues ni modo, la muchacha no me lo quiso vender, aún no entiendo el porqué
