  I can't say enough good things about how well the team at Petco treats us every time we walk through the doors. Their customer service is top-notch, and they have become an absolute lifesaver , whenever we need to quickly source specialty dog food Whether it's a specific dietary formula or a last-minute request, they are always reliable, helpful, and incredibly accommodating.

  I just left the store today. I wanted to buy a Betta fish—I was really looking forward to putting it in the small aquarium in my office. But the young woman who helped me told me to go back to my office and bring her a water sample. Her attitude took me aback; in a mocking tone, she said she wouldn't sell it to me.

  I purchased the wellness core mini meals through Petco on numerous occasions and they are not of the same quality when I buy them at other pet stores. I’m not sure if it how they are stored but if never fails they are all just a ball of mush. This time after opening a few packages out of the 12 pack I returned it & the other 12 pack. I still love to shop at Petco for other items, I love their selection & the way the store is set up. It’s still my favorite store.
