  Mary Lou and Eddie are such sweethearts and so professional at the same time. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my fur baby with them after I had a terrible experience at another groomers a few months back. Mary Lou made my baby look so cute and so handsome And it was quick as well. Thank you guys for taking care of Esco!!

  Jimmy is exceptional and has been grooming our dog for years. We followed him to Heights Grooming and have been very impressed with their team of people, their care of the animals and their professionalism. They make it convenient to book, sign in, drop off/pickup, and pay, which we greatly appreciate. Jimmy knows it can be a nerve wrecking experience for some dogs (ours included!) so his sensitivity and skills are much appreciated!

  I cannot recommend this place enough! There was a slight misunderstanding regarding a promotion that actually wasn't through his company, but the owner honored it anyway without hesitation. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and top-tier customer service these days. On top of that, my dog looks absolutely amazing—the quality of the work is just as impressive as the professionalism. On top of that the groomer was the icing on the cake really amazing and did a great job! If you’re looking for a groomer who truly cares, this is the spot!"

  So, we’re new clients and had never been to this groomer before. We used to live in the Austin area and took our pup to Barkin Creek and they were always so great that when we moved to Houston, we didn’t know where to go. I’m a member of a Facebook group for my dog’s breed, and this place was recommended, along with Eddie, the owner. It was also the closest groomer to me, so I was really hopeful it would become our go-to spot. The front desk staff and everyone who answered the phone were so kind and amazing. They make you feel like you’re in great hands. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the front desk staff may not be the person grooming your dog. With that said, I was nervous but still wanted to give them a try. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile by a staff member who I believe was Jessica. But as soon as I met the groomer, I didn’t get a great vibe. He wasn’t very friendly…civil, but not welcoming and it felt like he didn’t want to be there. Then once we when we received a call stating that for wee was ready, her ears weren’t done the eciated. But when I confirmed that we did want her ears pointy, he insisted they wouldn’t stand up because the photo I showed wasn’t of my dog. I understood that, but we then had to wait while he shaved her ears, even though we’d already been told she was ready. Her ears *did* stand up like I wanted. we’ve had them done that way before so it was frustrating to be argued with, especially since I had mentioned this multiple times beforehand. While her body was trimmed, her tail wasn’t. Her face wasn’t properly rounded, and the cuts looked rushed and uneven. Her paws weren’t shaved or cleaned, and her sanitary area wasn’t addressed at all. We paid for the full service, and I’m glad my husband didn’t tip much even before seeing the final result on the TV cx because it wasn’t worth it. She was bathed, and her nails were trimmed, but overall, the grooming quality was very disappointing. We won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for a well-done, clean, and thorough grooming, this isn’t the place. There may be better groomers out there, but this experience caused us to lose trust, and I don’t feel comfortable booking another service here. It’s especially disappointing because we really wanted to like this place and support a local business, but it just wasn’t a good experience for us at all.

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication here. I called a day in advance and was explicitly told my dog only needed the Parvo vaccine to come in. After a 20-minute drive to my 9:00 AM appointment, the front desk told me she actually needed all shots. When I mentioned the previous phone call, another staff member simply brushed it off, saying the person I spoke to 'didn't know what they were talking about.' To top it off, they told me I could leave her, but they wouldn't be responsible if she got sick. The staff was unprofessional and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Total waste of time.
