  Awful staff. Terrible attitude and no knowledge. They told me I need to make an appt every 6 months to keep getting symperica flea meds (not the heartworm). Nothing written that says it, and its up to dr discretion. Not even a policy saying its up to dr. They just pull this out of thin air. Of course its 6months though, they want the money! Not a year, but 6 months! Other banfield hasnt had an appt with me in 2 years and keeps prescribing it to me. Its FLEA MEDS for crying out loud. Greedy, awful store. You need to pay them $75 every 6 months so they can sell you their subscripition plan to get more money out of you for sub-par services and useless procedure. Avoid this place, whether its for treatment or Rx, theyre going to do the least for as much money as they can- with an attitude!

  i wouldn't recommend this place if you have a chronically ill pet, they will simply waste ur money and ur time left with them. go elsewhere. i took my cat up here repeatedly for many weeks, repeated blood tests, the staff was friendly, however they DO NOT have the capabilities of doing proper bloodwork here and they cannot give direct answers that other vets were able to give me and have given me. instead they will give you nothing but vague responses, find reasons to have you use their wellness plan and come up there repeatedly and do everything to not assist you properly when you need it most

  Every visit to Banfield is an exercise in frustration. The amount of time it takes to both drop off and pick up your pet is ridiculous, and their time estimates are wildly inaccurate. It’s incredibly frustrating to plan your day around the information they provide, only to find out it’s nowhere close to reality. On top of that, there’s a constant push to upsell additional services, which makes the experience feel more transactional than focused on your pet’s care. The front desk experience doesn’t help either. The person working the desk consistently comes across as though they’d rather be anywhere else and seems visibly irritated when dogs bark. It’s a veterinary office. Dogs are going to bark. I understand veterinary clinics get busy, but basic communication, realistic expectations, and a welcoming environment for pets and their owners shouldn’t be too much to ask. For what Banfield charges, the customer experience is seriously lacking

  I’ve been taking Molly to Banfield on West Loop South for years, and when the practice moved, I followed. Dr. English is thorough, and I appreciate the care he gives Molly. Leaving Molly for an appointment can make me anxious. The team knows that, and they always treat me with kindness and reassure me that she’s in good hands. I take Molly’s health seriously, and I’m grateful to have a team that takes such good care of her.

  You go to their location , front desk is rude and giving no service, you ask to cancel the plan and of course she say yes After 4 month of getting no phone call or a message from them about anything , I’m getting a call from a debt collector saying I have a debt of 350$ for literally nothing Turns out they didn’t cancel the plan like they said , and reported me to the credit bureau for not paying them for 4 month!!!! If you’re looking for a good company that can take good care of your pet, and also take good care of you , They are *****not*** the one ! 0/10 !!!!!!! Avoid them at any cost
