  This office and its staff are by far the most compassionate Banfield staff I've encountered after having been to multiple in the city. Dr. Henein was the first doctor after 6 months of tests to actually take time from his day and explain my dog's newly acquired chronic condition to me and recommend other next steps rather than just more vague testing in a few months like previous Banfield offices had. The receptionists are all very kind and patient, even when lines are long for check-in, and really make you feel heard when you go in. They are also very sweet and patient with my anxious dog, which always helps her relax on our visits. However, this office has a SERIOUS problem with communication when not in front of them and with inputting paperwork. I have had many visits since moving to this office and have never once recieved a call when my pet is ready to be picked up. I understand with how busy they are it will take time for them to have a free moment to call with a pick-up update, but to repeatedly recieve no call at all is very frustrating. My dog has anxiety at the vet's office so I do not like to leave her in their kennels for long if it can be avoided, but most times she has been done with her visit for 2-3 hours by the time I arrive to get her. An even greater issue, though, is that the paperwork after visits is RARELY input into their system where I can view it. This is not really an issue with wellness exams, as you are often offered a print out of results when you check out. But this is EXTREMELY frustrating when I take my dog in for testing and/or lab work for her new condition that needs a few days to evaluate. I have spent many 100s of dollars on tests over the past year that results are STILL not available to view in my Banfield app AND I have never once recieved any updates on when these results have arrived back. There are visits from months ago missing in my app's records review because the office never input the paperwork. So, while I would still recommend this Banfield location for it's personable and knowledgable staff, their lack of external communication is just too frustrating to give a high review at this time.

  Every time I call, I’m immediately put on hold for 20 minutes before I can even begin to speak. The wait time in person with an appointment is simply too long! I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, but this needs to be addressed immediately. I’d rather travel across town to another Banfield for my dog to be seen and heard right away than to continue wasting my time with this one.

  I have been a loyal customer of PetSmart for over 10 years, purchasing health products and receiving related services for my dog. For the past decade, I have trusted this store and entrusted my beloved dog's health care needs to them, remaining a loyal long-term customer. However, recently, I have become extremely uncomfortable and disappointed with the store's service quality and business practices, and I can no longer maintain my previous trust. Therefore, I am writing this negative review to expose the problems and warn other pet-owning families. Ten years of trust have only resulted in repeated disappointments and unpleasant customer experiences. I can no longer trust this store to provide safe and professional healthcare services for my dog, and I will never set foot in this store again. I will also tell all my pet-owning friends about this terrible experience and warn them to choose this store carefully.
