  The level of incompetence here has brought me to the point of disbelief. Very sad to say I will no longer be bringing my pets here.

  We tried. We really wanted it to work out with Banfield. Our dog is 7 years old and we’ve been going to Banfield and on the wellness plan since he was 3 months old. We lived in another state prior to this; this was our 3rd location when we moved to Houston. Always had exceptional experiences elsewhere, however this location is truly just awful and they do not have it together here. The list is endless; getting test results mixed up, not having very important details and history on file, scheduling the incorrect items, their phone line being closed during normal business hours (SO many times), etc. We’ve tried to make it work for a while now, but we’re not going to put our dog’s health and wellbeing at risk. We’ve finally switched to a private clinic and the experiences are night and day.

  Very happy with my boy's surgery. Dr Adams is very attentive and caring.

  The front desk staff was completely unprofessional and lacked any empathy. Despite booking an early morning appointment, I was first told they couldn't find my booking. Then, the staff claimed that "appointments" in their system are actually just drop-offs. If your system schedules drop-offs instead of dedicated service times, that needs to be made clear during booking. Misleading scheduling paired with poor customer service is entirely unacceptable. Just AVOID this place!

  I actually love this location but the vet clinic horrible my first experience with them and it was trash the front desk reception was terrible if you hate your job get a new one !!!! If you are looking for better quality care for your pet I recommend looking elsewhere I booked an appointment online it said in room but when I got there they said it’s drop of because the dr was in surgery… very inconvenient so I left they called me said some heartbreaking news to me so I’m thinking when I get there the dr would be more available to help I was wrong the little effort and info she gave me was bare minimum the vet tech was more helpful than the dr I appreciate him for that but from front desk and the doctor horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE spent your money elsewhere for better care!!!!!!
