I was struggling to book an appointment online to vaccinate my dog and they squeezed me in even though I'm pretty sure they were suppose to be closing by then. Christopher was super kind and helped me take care of my dog's needs meeting me where I was at with a limited budget and being very transparent about the prices. When I decided to add a test, he was super accomodating and offered me water and snacks while I waited for the results. Every one was very gentle with my senior dog and she didnt get stressed by the visit at all which was a concern of mine as she doesnt leave the house often. Overall I left very happy that I chose this location for my dogs visit and would recommend this location for anyone needing an easy and friendly service for their pet's needs.

The staff at Banfield Pet Hospital was beyond exceptional during one of the hardest moments our family has faced. From the beginning, they fully explained the process, made sure we understood everything, and gave us all the time we needed. We never felt rushed or as though we needed to hurry so the room could be used for someone else. Their patience, compassion, and care made an unbearable decision feel a little more manageable. Even after Deuce had passed, the doctor handled him with such tenderness and respect. The way Deuce was carried from the room was with the same care you would give to a newborn baby, and that moment meant more to us than words can fully express. I want to sincerely thank the staff and the doctor for their superb service, compassion, and professionalism during such a heartbreaking time. They treated both Deuce and our family with dignity, kindness, and genuine care, and we are truly grateful. Thank you

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
