  This is not about this particular location but the Banfield company as a whole. Please take your pet to a locally owned veterinarian and not this private equity run company. They do not care for your pets, their main objective is to extract as much money from you. I called to cancel my monthly services because my dog unexpectedly died. He told me he does not care and I have to pay a balance of $379.00. For what? I cannot use it any longer. No explanation or compassion. This is truly a difficult time made even more difficult by this money driven company.

  I had such a pleasant experience at Banfield!! I have to give a shoutout to Dr. Maya Rollerson! She’s very patient with my sweet puppy and I can tell she’s very passionate about the care she provides. She gave me amazing insight about what was happening with truffles and even informed me about follow up care. A month later my baby is thriving!!!! Thank you Banfield and thank you Dr. Rollerson for your expertise! You’re truly a gem.

  Dr. Maya Rollerson is phenomenal! I'm always pleased with how she treats my beloved Zeeno. She's courteous, prompt, and very attentive. They always handle my Zeeno is tender loving care and with the utmost care and love. I am so grateful for Banfield, they're extended family! I wouldn't trust anyone else with his care and treatment. The level of care and service is stellar and beyond any expectations.

  I've had an excellent experience with Banfield, especially with Dr. Maya Rollerson and the entire staff. My fur baby actually enjoys going to his appointments because everyone makes him feel so comfortable. They happily give him belly rubs, and they're even patient with his little "crocodile rolls" when it's time for his shots! The level of professionalism and compassion is outstanding. Communication has always been timely regarding appointments, medications, and follow-up care. I also appreciate that the team took the time to explain the wellness plans and other programs that help make veterinary care more affordable, allowing my pup to be seen as often as needed. This location has been amazing with appointment availability, flexible scheduling, and the helpful reminders that ensure we never miss a visit. It's clear that everyone genuinely cares about the animals they treat and the families who love them. I highly recommend Banfield and Dr. Maya Rollerson to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate veterinary care. If you truly love your pet, you'll be in great hands here!

  Had a great experience at benfield hospital bunkerhill location. I dropped off my kitty around 07:30 and the vet called me around 10:30 to tell me they finished the prep for his dental cleaning and are getting ready to put him under anesthesia. The vet assistant called me shortly after the procedure to tell me he’s woken up and is recovering. The whole process was smooth and I appreciated them calling me and updating me.
