  I will always recommend this veterinary office to anyone in the surrounding area. I had been bringing my Lab here for several years before we lost her in 2023 to an incurable form of cancer. It has taken me a long time to find the words to write this review because of how emotional and personal that experience was. Throughout the years, the staff has always been bubbly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. You can genuinely see the love they have for animals, and I have personally witnessed them go above and beyond for their clients and the individual needs of their pets. But what truly sets this office apart is the doctor. His compassion extends beyond the animals he treats; he genuinely cares about the people who love them, too. The night we received the absolutely soul-crushing news that our girl had an incurable strain of cancer, he showed me a level of compassion I will never forget. He gave me a moment to collect myself, but he also gave me the difficult advice I needed to hear. There were treatment options available that could have potentially given us more time with her, but that time would have come at the expense of her comfort and quality of life. He cared more about how she would feel during the time she had left than about simply extending that time for us. He went above and beyond for me that night. He didn't try to sell me false hope or promise more time just because he could. He didn't even charge me for the exam. Instead, he gave me what every pet owner deserves: honesty, compassion, and the God's-honest truth, even when it was incredibly hard to hear. Losing my soul dog was one of the hardest things I've ever experienced, but having a veterinary team that genuinely cared about both of us made an unimaginable moment a little easier. I love this veterinary office, and I will forever be grateful for the care they gave my girl and the kindness they showed me. I couldn't recommend them more. RIP Whiskey Girl

  We had such a positive experience bringing our dog in for a wellness check. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and understanding. Dr. Dolan even waived the checkup fee, which was incredibly thoughtful and truly appreciated. We’re very grateful for the care and kindness shown to us and our dog. Highly recommend!

  I went to the clinic without an appointment, and they didn’t want to see me even though there was nobody there. I understand if they don’t accept walk-ins, but what I don’t understand is the lack of professionalism from the person working at the front desk. Very rude and disrespectful. They should treat patients better.

  Unfortunately, I have to leave a very honest review. We have been bringing our dogs to this vet for some time, and each visit has consistently been expensive, usually over $200. Our most recent visit was especially frustrating. We paid around $500 for diagnostics alone, with no medication or real resolution, only to be told that we needed to see a specialist. What made this even more disappointing is that the specialist ended up becoming our new vet, and the experience there was far more helpful. That made us question the quality of care and direction we were receiving here. I understand that not every case has an immediate answer, but it often felt like the conclusions given were treated as final, without enough depth, clarity, or effort to truly get to the root of the issue. When you are paying that much for veterinary care, you expect more than expensive visits that lead nowhere. Sadly, I no longer feel confident in this place and would not return.

  Horrible service they told me to come today for an appointment to bring my dogs now they are saying I am lying my appointment was last week when the girl told me this week and no manager or supervisor just co worker and the workers i talk too were non apologetic. I will share with everyone my horrible experience
