  Very disappointed with the grooming services at this location. Our family dogs did not receive the quality care we expected. During one visit, the groomer cut a large chunk of our dog’s coat without ever informing us. When the hair grew back, the same area was cut incorrectly again during a later appointment. To make matters worse, our other family dog was told they were no longer welcome for grooming because of a behavioral incident that had never been observed by us or mentioned by any previous groomer. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially because we trusted them with our pets’ care.

  Fynn did an excellent job trimming my dogs nails. He was able to have her trim the nails without any issues and she was not upset or scared and she usually hates getting her nails done. My bff was with me and she was also impressed and is planning on bringing her dogs as well up to Petco. Thank you Fynn!

  The lady at check out was fantastic, the options are great. However the state of the cat habitat was terrible. One of the rooms had dried throw up in it that looked like it’s been there a while along with dirty and just overall dirty. Please do better in cleaning and taking care of the cat habitat. It was extremely sad to see
