- AAAnthonyMay 12, 20263.0When I go in they dont take us back until 30 minutes after scheduled time. Got a text today that my dog was overdue for a bordatella vaccine. I was just there a week ago. We got all vaccines that were offered and denied the heart worm test. My mother called them because her dogs are on the same account and they lied to her saying it was offered. However my father and I were both there last week and can both confirm we were not offered it. Edit: The clinic reached out to my mom after seeing the review. They were very apologetic and nice. They offered to have my dog come in free of charge to solve the issue which we appreciate very much. The one thing that still sticks with me though, is that they lied to my mom in the first place and said the vaccine was offered and we declined it.
