  took my corgi here recently for a basic grooming and had a lovely experience! the staff are super sweet and attentive!! Stephanie was our groomer and she did a fantastic job :) Winston was so happy and we will definitely be coming back! thank you guys ♥️

  Lynette helped me locate a product over the phone before driving 35 mins to the store for a wasted trip. Very much appreciate that! I was in Dyer need of that specific kitten wet food!!!

  Each time I have done the mobile vet the staff has told me something different about the plan they sold me; then the next crew says they were wrong, not valid, etc. just feel like they are winging it and I will be going elsewhere for shots but the store manager is great!

  I have two maltipoos. Husband brought them Friday for grooming. Both sweet and friendly but don't like grooming. We were past due because cat was attacked by coyotes and we have been to vet a lot. I am bedridden now. Husband arrived to be attacked for being 15 minutes late. They finally grumpily took the girls. 7 hours later we got them back. Worst haircut ever. Okay. I can live with that. But something was done to Lucy. She has not eaten for two days. Sits in a curled up posture and cries. Won't go out. Not coming back. I would like to know what was done to her and why.

  It was a little busy and I felt like the employee was dissuade me from buying the reptile I was interested in but ultimately it was a pleasant trip to the pet store
