  Very disappointed with our puppy’s grooming experience at Petco. We took our 13-week-old puppy in for a haircut and bath, but when we picked him up, he looked exactly the same. His hair appeared to be the same length as when we dropped him off, so it didn’t look like he received the haircut we paid for. Unfortunately, we feel like we wasted both our time and money. We expected a noticeable grooming service and were very disappointed with the results. I would not recommend this location based on our experience

  The employee Made me feel like I didn't belong there, watching me around the corner staring at me .me and my daughter the only black people in there. my stay was no longer than 5 minutes. I felt very uncomfortable.

  Does this store have any employees? No one on the floor to assist or answer questions. The cashier was beyond rude.

  Took my pup in for grooming and was refused service. The website asks about heart murmurs but fails to say that if it's more than a level 2 that they won't accept the dog and the groomer hadn't bothered to look at the notes on the appointment before we went in so only realized that our pup was ineligible once we'd already arrived for her appointment. Not a fan of this kind of poor customer service for a corporation that should have it together a little better.
