What I don’t care for is the new points system. It doesn’t really seem to be as beneficial as the previous. Plus I have had issues with the app now for some reason and cannot seem to get this resolved. As far as the store and the staff….love them all.

- LCLisa CleaverAug 1, 20261.0I had all my shot records and drove 45 mins to get my baby groomed and they refused me because 1st shots didn't have her name on it, just had the liter of 7 on it. All 7 pups had shots and because her name wasn't on it. Which her name wasn't on it cause I bought her and none of the baby's had homes or names yet. So make me understand how I the world you gonna have names on 1st records from a litter that had 1st shots.
