  My Scottish Terrier had his 2nd day at daycare and I am very happy with the professionalism and caring team @ Riverwalk Pet Hospital & Resort. He just turned 2 years old and I haven’t boarded him yet but plan to in the future. He got his spring haircut here recently and couldn’t be more happy. I feel very confident and am so glad we found a new place to care for our furry family member.

  We had to board our cat Max while we traveled. He seemed happy to see us but most importantly he was well taken care of and we didn't have to worry about him. He had plenty of levels in his cat condo and everyone commented on how sweet he is. We will definitely board here again when the need arises. The staff are all professional but friendly and always answered me on how he was doing when I called. Prices were also reasonable.

  i brought my 1 year old cat, honey, for a complimentary vet visit from the shelter i adopted her from. from the moment we walked in we were instantly greeted and immediately brought back into a room where our tech leigh asked questions and took note of my concerns/questions. Dr Hall then came in and instantly had honey wrapped around her finger with all the treats. i definitely felt so comfortable and relaxed knowing she made honey feel safe and did not force this on her. This is my first cat so naturally i had all the questions and concerns and Dr Hall truly took the time to listen and touch on every single one of my concerns, didn’t make me feel rushed, or an inconvenience of her time. i truly appreciate her for this and for reassuring this first time cat momma heart. i will be establishing care here and taking honey back here again. thank you so much for taking the time to see us today. i really appreciate it and will be recommending friends here. ❤️

  Update .. Riverwalk and the staff DID care about the passing of my sweet Maddiegirl. The original card was undeliverabe and I received it in addition to another card. I have always received the best of care with my Bichons here and highly recommend them ... Dr Inbody is the best..

  Riverwalk is an exceptional veterinary clinic, and we truly enjoy bringing our dog there. The team communicates clearly and attentively, always making sure we feel informed and comfortable with every aspect of our pet’s care. Dr. Inbody is our favorite she is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She takes the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how many we have, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. She also shows a great deal of respect for our dog’s boundaries, never rushing or pushing him in a way that could cause stress, which we deeply appreciate. ( Lucas loves her aswell) We trust her completely, and she consistently makes us feel confident and at ease knowing our dog is in such capable and compassionate hands. The grooming team is equally outstanding—they always do an amazing job and consistently leave our boy looking handsome and smelling fresh. Overall, Riverwalk is not only a great veterinary practice, but also a place where you feel genuinely cared for and supported.
