  I'm very pleased with the service at Riverwalk. Starting with the warm welcome from the front desk associates and on to the exam room service by the technicians and the doctors, the experience is pleasant and prompt. My pets have been served compassionately and well.

  My dog absolutely LOVES doggy daycare here. He has made many doggo friends but what matters most is the friendship built with the staff. 10/10 recommend this facility ❤️

  my dog Frankie loves loves loves this place. he has gone to daycare and boarding since it opened and we also see the vets here. when i mention Riverwalk in conversation at home he runs to get his leash. he drags me inside and off he goes. that speaks doggie volumes!! the staff upfront, on the phone and in the resort area are all pleasant, professional and animal lovers. two thumbs way up!

  We have trusted Riverwalk with our dog, Sadie, for both veterinary care and boarding, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Sadie is an older dog who has needed everything from routine care to dental work and boarding, and we've always felt she was in capable, compassionate hands. Are they perfect? No. We had an issue in the past where our boarding reservations were somehow disappearing despite confirmation emails. But what impressed me most was how seriously they took it. The office manager and lead receptionist completely owned the problem, put processes in place to fix it, and we haven't had a single issue since. That says a lot about the kind of business they run. What really sets Riverwalk apart is that they care just as much about the human experience as they do the animal experience. Every detail feels intentional from the exceptionally clean facility to the thoughtful processes and genuinely friendly staff. It's obvious that customer service isn't an afterthought, it's part of the culture. Their Fear Free approach isn't just something they advertise. You can feel it when you walk in. They do everything they can to reduce stress for pets, and as an owner, that gives me so much peace of mind. I've been to other veterinary clinics, and you'll be hard-pressed to find another one that puts this level of effort into every part of the experience. If you're looking for a veterinary hospital and boarding facility that treats both your pet and you with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, I wholeheartedly recommend Riverwalk.

  TLDR: the customer service from the office staff is TERRIBLE. Not sure who coached this office staff to use phrases like “as per” but it’s generally considered rude and passive aggressive. Also, don’t ever, ever, ever refuse to let a pet owner see their pet. There’s never a good reason. We absolutely loved this place at one point. My even cat loved it! After about 5-6 visits I decided to make an appointment so they could get all of their vaccines updated for doggies daycare and grooming. I said at least three time - give them whatever they need for doggie daycare and grooming. I asked questions about doggie daycare and if I could see the room. The tech said no and kept telling me about the boarding. At this point, I said hey we need all vaccines they need to be ready for daycare. The tech said ok, vaccinated them, and sent the money tech in. She pointed out that they would need a fecal and a flu shot. So the tech came back in. We did that song and dance once more before finally leaving with the vaccines needed. It took two hours. When I finally came back to get them haircuts and half day of daycare, I’m ushered into a room and I immediately ask for napkins. I had step in poo and needed to get it off my shoes before tracking it everywhere. They just started handing me paperwork despite the fact that I am VISIBLY scraping dog 💩 of my shoes. No one offered me any cleaner or anything. As I’m wiping poo off the floor, they continue to ask me what I’m her for today. They’re just sitting down petting my dogs while I’m on my hands and knees scrubbing up poop. The groom experience was subpar and the price point well above the area average. He was an uneven, choppy mess. While waiting for my other dog to be returned to me post surgery, I asked them to bring my groomed dog to me and they refused. I doubled down and said I’d like to see my dog immediately. This never should have happened. The office staff customer service here is really hit or miss. If I have to deal with the c team again, as per my review. we likely won’t be back.
