  I used to be a loyal customer at this particular Petco store until my dog came back from grooming with a bad hair cut and FLEAS! I politely reached out to the store to register my dissatisfaction only for the manager to respond rudely towards me. How does a dog who never had fleas nor scratched itself come back from grooming on August 1. My dog starts scratching immediately after returning from grooming only to show fleas on August 13?! Store manager says flea eggs don’t hatch until a minimum of 14 days so he’s 100% confident the fleas came from elsewhere. A dog that stays indoors most of the time? Well this store, and potentially every Petco store has lost my business due to the lack of confidence I have in their staff.

  This PetSmart saved our bunny! We were on a road trip and our rabbit developed GI stasis from the stress of travel. We were luckily able to find critical care (our home PetSmart doesn't typically carry it), and an applicator. The staff were also helpful.

  Janet at Petco provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and helped me find exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to helping customers.   The store manager Joey, was so helpful and made returning some bad dog food a breeze. He was very knowledgeable about the issue we had encountered and quickly fixed it for us!
