I ordered online last night to have food delivered today and it took out of my account and according to customer service it didn't complete the order because they're out of one of the bags of food that I ordered!! That's all the money I have and now I have to wait 3 business days for it to go back to my card before I can even reorder it from somewhere else. I needed that food by Saturday (which is 2 days away) and now I have to probably wait 5 days before I can even get the money back. I'm pissed off because now my cat is going to be out of food and on top of that it shouldn't have let me order it if they didn't even have it!! 😡 What a huge inconvenience. Since I ordered it from your store even though it was online that is why this store got a bad review. You need to do better with your inventory or something because that's unacceptable. This is why I go to PetSmart but unfortunately they quit selling his food...
