  Our German Shepard Deno had an appointment on 7/20/26 at 1500 Grand Prarie location for heart worms and Breanna the tech was really rude and told me that I can take my business somewhere else. Breanna didn’t explain Deno’s full procedure instead she told me that the clinic can’t help Deno because he moves strong too much and I told her that I can hold Deno but her attitude was so bad that I walked out the clinic with Deno. The manager met me outside the store and said that they can help Deno and explained the procedure. Tina tech took over the visit and she was AWESOME!! I never have any problems with Petco clinic until I met Breanna and that Petco clinic is where we always take Deno since Deno was 3months old. Breanna doesn’t need to work with animals and their family with a horrible attitude. I paid about $520 for Deno’s visit for that day. Breanna should be man’s i

  I love shopping at Petco when I get a chance or I’m in the area. Upon my visit recently, a young gentleman by the name of Alexander/Alex Help me out to the fullest upon walking in he was in the cashier area and was able to direct me to Certain dog and cat food Petco is very lucky to have an employee like him because of his kindness, his knowledge, and his overall great attitude.

  I was a walk-in for grooming. The receptionist was very friendly and my pet was taken care of in a very reasonable time.

  I went in recently with my daughter to this store to look into possibly purchasing her a small animal as a gift. I was grateful for the help and thorough information coming from the girls in the animal section, but I took away stars due to the way the male store manager was looking at her. It made both me and my TEENAGE daughter uncomfortable.

  Richard was making me very uncomfortable and kept staring at me aggressively and was giving me advice that would kill my hamster. I believe he should read those free pamphlets on hamsters and every other pet yall have there.
