They insist on seeing my dog first even though she was just at her vet on Friday. The other Banfields inside local PetSmarts are closed on Sundays. Extremely unhelpful.

I arrived at 3:00 PM and waited for nearly three hours, ultimately leaving 15 minutes before closing without my pet receiving any medical care.The severe delay was caused by the veterinarian on duty spending an excessive amount of time with a single client. Despite explicitly stating she could not provide further treatment and recommending an emergency facility, she repeatedly reiterated the same referral advice. This prolonged, repetitive conversation created a massive backlog, effectively making other waiting clients and their distressed pets a secondary priority.As a result, my day off was wasted, causing immense frustration and leaving my pet without necessary medical progress. The clinic's inability to manage patient flow and prioritize waiting clients was highly unprofessional. Management needs to address these operational inefficiencies. They will trap you in a “monthly payment contract” and when you try to cancel it… you end up having to pay for the full year. I been paying this payment contract for over 3 years , If you don’t pay, they keep on threatening you and send it to a debt collector. I would never recommend this place to anyone as they do not even do a decent job. Plus the waiting room is so dirty full of. Cat of dog hair, at least do some deep clean. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but if i could leave negative stars to a place, i would.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
