  First time customer at a Vetco and it'll be my first and last time. Scheduling was easy and pricing was reflected online. At least that's what I thought. I went for annual vaccines and Rx for Simparica Trio for what I thought would be $219. Vet came in and then Tech threw an "estimate" with a pen in my face and said to sign. Nothing was discussed, no options were given, and not asked what I wanted. I saw it was well over $300 and commented that pricing was way off from what I saw online when I booked. They said I saw pricing for the Vaccine Clinic not the appointment that I scheduled. I declined one of the optional vaccines that was thrown in and ended up paying $249, which was close enough to my local full-service Vet that I should've just gone there. A few days later I realized they never gave me the Rx for the Simparica Trio and called to have them send it to me. Now I'm told they didn't do a heartworm test and would need to have those results sent in for them to prescribe. Complete lack of communication and just trying to get you in and out with the biggest bill they can. Extremely disappointing!

  I cannot say enough about this Vetco and its staff, specifically Keke and Kendraysha. These young ladies are very kind and personable, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful beyond the nth degree. Because all three of my dogs are constantly skittish and easily triggered, I like that the clinic is located inside of a Petco; I can take them to walk around the store any day to hopefully familiarize them with it and mitigate their stress. This office has a very quiet and peaceful vibe, which also helps. I felt listened to and my dogs sincerely cared for by Dr. Bruker as well - not rushed or disregarded in any way. They all go out of their way to make getting any prescriptions as convenient as possible and make themselves available for post appointment questions or concerns which is also appreciated. Thank you Keke and Kendraysha! You are both assets to your profession.

  Vetco Georgetown is great. They are so patient with our pup. It feels good knowing our dog is in good hands. I love how they are upfront with pricing, no surprises.

  Dr. Bruner and Kendraysha were absolutely amazing during our visit!!! I appreciate their patience with my pup. He is very sweet but he does not listen and he was very excited/andious the entire time. They treated my big ole baby with so much kindness and care. I appreciate Dr. Bruner for taking the time to explain things carefully and ensure I didn’t have any further questions. His diagnosis seemed to be spot on and the medication he suggested for my boy worked quickly. He was back to eating, barking, and running around in no time. Thank you again to the team at Vetco Georgetown. Should my boy need any additional care, I will not hesitate to bring him back to you all. You are so appreciated!

  Very nice people. Went step by step over what my boy needed and the cost for each thing before they did anything. He was comfortable which means everything!
