  Very very excellent customer service from the young lady Alicia she took the time to explain the benefits of certain dog foods I was interested in and she recommended one that is really good and specifically for my dog and also good dog treats I am very appreciative for her knowledge and experience thank you for taking the time to help me with all my questions Alicia needs a raise for all she does I will definitely be back to shop here

  Very very Excellent customer service Alicia took the time to show us exactly which food was good for our Husky mix cause she has one as well and recommend some treats and also what kind of leash to get and harness we will definitely be coming back here Alicia is very understandable and knowledgeable

  The young lady Alicia is very awesome and knowledgeable she helped me with all my questions about bearded dragons and how to care for them and also recommend an anti itch shampoo for my dog this lady needs a raise she goes above and beyond I recommend this petco if your looking for breaded dragons

  Bad haircut... lots of spots where his hair is long still... they also nicked him with the clippers. And they charge 61 dollars for a "bath with haircut," but on top of that, they charge an extra 10 dollars for "scissors, brushout," which should be included in the haircut... we had an appointment, but he was waiting for 4 hours past the appointment time, and the actual haircut only took 30 minutes. Seems like overbooking is an issue. I heard him cry and he is already anxious during grooming but I'm afraid this experience may have made it worse. I even asked them to skip cutting his nails but they did anyway. I recommend going to PetSmart instead. I feel so sorry for taking my dog here :(

  Me and my husband visited Petco on Sunday September 6th to purchase food for our leopard gecko when we stopped to see the stores leopard geckos to see this. They are covered in stuck shed that is causing a deformity on one gecko’s head (Second and third photo) and both have stuck shed all over their toes which will cause them to lose their toes if not addressed soon. One has some kind of deformity on its tail (first photo) I am not sure if it is tail rot or bone disease, but these animals are in dire shape. They will die if nothing is done. The sand they are laying on is terrible for their health. It is too thin so they are breathing it in and ingesting it. They are too skinny and malnourished. They need a humid hide (Typically an enclosed hide filled with damp Moss or damp paper towel towels) In order to shed properly and they have nothing of the sort. Please do not buy from Petco!!! It is Directly feeding into the neglect and abuse of these animals.
