- BGBridget GriffinSep 19, 20261.0Terrible customer service. You walk in the reception area is very musty. The lady at desk act like she didn't want to be bothered. (Her phone was more important. )She ask for my number to pull up my dogs profile and proceeds to tell me oh you usually go to the one in Rockwall. Why does that even matter 😕. She never asked what service I needed but proceeds to tell me there was nothing available . The service needed was a nail trim for my 8lbs dog. I left and went to the one in Rockwall and I was greeted with amazing customer service as always. My dog was taken right back and the sweet lady was done in less than 10 minutes. FYI I was there today 9/19/26 around 11:30. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FIRE WHEEL PETCO TO ANYONE. Please get staff you wants to do their job.
- ZTZeke TorresSep 11, 20261.0To start, please do not buy your pet food from here. I bought a 47lb bag of purina pro plan dog food and it was infested with moths and moth larvae. I went to go get an exchange assuming this just a one time thing. As I went to go grab another bag, majority of them were also infested with moths. I let an employee and the manager know and neither appeared concerned with the issue, and they had revealed that they had known about it for a while. I suggested they removed the infested bags but they were hesitant to consider the idea, and neither cared to investigate the issue. This is unacceptable and I hope the issue is resolved before any other unsuspecting pet owners invite moths into their homes.

Like can I buy ointment. I was told no by you can Google it. I asked where I can go to get ointment well this location Petco doesn’t have it but you can Google it. Time is 12:17pm CST on Tuesday August 4, 2026.
