  Brought my cat Mystery Smith in on June 2nd, doctor meinjtes seemed to be very knowledgeable so I trusted him. 6 days after her appointment, I took her to get spayed. At the appointment they noted her tooth was fractured before surgery, and to get it checked out by a vet. I immediatly called vetco and they told me I would have to pay another 91 to get it looked at, even with my explanation that it was looked over. Now why on earth would I pay that again when I no longer trust that Dr. Meinjtes cares. The woman on the phone claimed doctors might not look in mouths too much if they are being difficult. That would make sense if this wasn't the sweetest most docile cat I've ever come encountered with. Even doctor Meinjtes said she was very sweet. I'm extremely dissapointed and frustrated with myself for choosing and trusting this clinic and I hope you think twice before doing the same.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Meintjes saw my pet rats and did his best to give me every option available for my pets, was patient with me and my own questions and requests, AND had nothing but empathy for my need to run decisions by my husband who was out of town for the rat that was his best little buddy. The appointment ended with having to put one down, and even with that it was handled with so much care and respect. It was definitely worth the drive from Sherman.

  I absolutely love my new vet care team for Shelbie. Between Alec Kendall and Dr. Mounica they made it possible for her to get a much needed ear cleaning! Went in for only a rabies and came out with good friends and a new team of care for my dog. Can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You are appreciated!

  Kendall and Dr. Nethudottiu were so helpful in answering my questions, making sure I was informed and taking great care of my fur baby!
