In every interaction, they demonstrate genuine care for both their patients and their pet owners. From the moment you call to schedule an appointment, to the attentiveness they show their four-legged patients and their guardians, to the time Dr. Meintjes takes to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and recommended treatment plan, the level of care is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We live an hour away, and every mile is worth it because we know our fur baby is in the very best hands at Vetco Total Care. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Knowing our pet is receiving exceptional care—especially during a time when we’re feeling uncertain and stressed about his health—is priceless. That’s why we’ll gladly continue making the hour-long drive. We truly believe there is no better veterinary team. Their knowledge, compassion, and bedside manner are second to none.

Dr.Nethibottu and Andrea were so great and sweet to my cat (even tho he was very spicy when it came to the vaccine). And the man at the front desk was amazing as well. 100% my go to vet for my current and future pets :)
