  perhaps the worst taken care of petco i’ve ever seen, the food they feed their birds, from the way they’re in clear distress, rude employees who acted like i was a burden for asking any questions, one completely dismissed me because he was “new” doesn’t matter if you’re “new” go ask someone ELSE it’s your job not mine. fish tanks are horribly kept most animals seem in distress, leopard geckos housed together despite size (they shouldn’t even be housed together PERIOD.) i really wish chain pet stores would try to do better, insane prices for animals that are obviously sick or injured. it gets to a point …

  Staff are very nice here. The dog food isles were so full of carts I could not get to my dog food. This has happened every time I go to this store. Definitely a fire hazard

  Very disappointed on my fur baby treatment yesterday. Our normal groomer called in and wasn't going to be able to groom my dog. Another person did the grooming and it took her over 5 hours and my dog didn't look like he had been cut. He was stressed out and they complained that he wouldn't be still and was growling. He has never growled or wiggled with his normal groomer. I will never let another groomer take care of my fur baby unless it is Courtney. They other groomer was texting us and saying they were running behind and seemed to be stressed out and they were stressing my dog. I truly think I should be reimbursed for such a horrible job on my fur baby. $100.00 is alot of money for a bad job. Vicki Dooling Here's an update from Petco: Petco was absolutely wonderful and they responded so quickly to my post. They apologized and stressed to me that they wanted all parents of fur babies to be happy. They reimbursed me for the haircut and a few other items. I thought this was extremely fair.   I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I specifically asked for a medium haircut for my dog when I dropped him off for grooming. Instead, they completely shaved his entire body, which is absolutely not what I requested. I was shocked and extremely disappointed when I picked him up. A groomer should listen carefully to a customer’s instructions and communicate if there are any concerns before making such a drastic decision. My dog’s coat took a long time to grow, and now it’s gone because my request was ignored. I trusted Petco with my pet, and they failed to provide the service I asked for. I would not recommend this grooming location to anyone who expects their instructions to be followed.
