- IGIndu Guha3 days ago1.0Disappointed with our recent grooming appointment. Emily gave our golden retriever, Einstein, a noticeably uneven, choppy haircut — patchy in places, nothing like what you’d expect from a professional groom. When I called and asked to speak with Justin, the manager, he didn’t come to the phone — instead had another employee, Micah, relay a response for him. I had to call back a second time before Justin actually got on the line himself. When we finally spoke, his only offer was to bring Einstein back to be “fixed” by the same groomer who did the bad job in the first place, or get a refund. When I asked if a different, regular groomer could fix it instead, he said I’d be charged extra for that. Asking a customer to pay again to correct someone else’s mistake — or trust the same groomer who caused the problem — isn’t an acceptable resolution, and avoiding the first call didn’t help either. We won’t be returning to this location. If you’re particular about your dog’s coat, I’d look elsewhere.
