A culling of product lines or reworking of format would go a long way. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Store is conveniently located.

I wish some tanks were a bit more ethical, many fish look stressed. Some workers have decent knowledge about aquariums and some should not be giving advice to beginners before they purchase a live animal. I had a experience around 2 weeks ago where one of the staff did not seem like he had any knowledge about fish keeping and it took ages to even scoop up our fish, and did not have clear answers to my question.
