Amazing place and staff!!!! They are patient, kind and always take care of my big girl with every visit. They check on her after each visit to make sure there are no issues or concerns.

My pet died here under the care of a temp vet. We took my dog here 3 times within one week and each time they sent her home saying they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and gave us pain medication and appetite pills. Turns out she had a mass in her lung that was suffocating her and she died on their floor with a ventilation tube. Immediately after she died we were taken back to a room to pay $700 for the medication they administered (that failed) and for her cremation. I understand that we still have to pay for the medication even if it failed, but doing it immediately after we lost our best friend was crazy. Also, they did not reach out after she died even though she had been a patient there for over 2 years. They also would not let us cancel our Banfield pet insurance we had with her even though she died. I would never ever ever recommend Banfield pet hospital, or any vet corporation for that matter. I learned my lesson. R.I.P. Callie 💔
