  It has taken me a year to be able to write this. We had a Chihuahah that was under care for cushings here. During that period she bumped her head and split the eyebrow open . Took her in and they would not stitch her up ,rather they glued her shut prescribed pain meds and a cone abd sent her home . Now the part that matters . The prescription was a high pain killer that read ," Take one tablet daily, as needed " My wife took it as it could be given as needed as well. Our Dog overdosed and had to be euthanized. I immediately started researching that directive on the prescription and found on many sites and through pharmacies that that is frowned upon because it leads to interpretation and it is not a clear and consise directive. This location never took any responsibility in this and it could have been avoided had the prescription been written in a manner that was clear. My dog didn't have to die like this . This interpretation is not just mine but comes from many sources and professionals I spoke to . We will never be back to this location . I wish I could cut and paste what information I found here but unable to . All you need to do is Google " take one pill daily,as needed' contradiction And see for yourself

  We brought our dog here for his yearly appointments, we have been for the past 2-3 years. Service was great until recently, they called in our dog at 10:30 am and told us to pick him up at 3 pm. We asked to talk to the vet when we went to pick him up, the vet took 30 mins to come out n talk to us. We waited another 30 mins for them to prescribe a anxiety med for our dog. They took way to long to do anything the vet seemed pretty inexperienced too, we didn't have the same vet as last time. By the time we came home, our dog was very hungry, cranky and parched, he drank a whole bowl full of water. We will be changing him to a different location.

  We had been taking our furbaby to this location for past 10 yrs and always had a good experience. Especially in the last few months of our baby all the staff at 3333 Presron rd location was extremely helpful and sensitive and supportive. Especially Dr. Yuu. He is very compassionate, and Knowledgeble. He truly understands these pet’s world. Our baby was always anxious going to a vet but with Dr. Yuyu he was very calm and happy. Not at all worried. Dr. Yuu always took time to answer all our questions and queries. In my furbaby’s last events Dr. You was helpful and kind and supportive. Dr. You is the best.

  Really sad I have to do this but the two girls answering the phones today (Grace and Lonny) were less than helpful. Rather than assisting me changing my card number for automatic billing, without hesitation Lonni gave me the hotline to cancel all 3 of my dogs’ wellness plan. Sucks because we really love Dr. Yi.
