  Our 16-year-old Ozzy crossed the Rainbow Bridge earlier this month. As heartbreaking as it was to make that decision, the entire team at VO treated us with incredible compassion, kindness, and professionalism. My wife and I are truly grateful for the care and sensitivity everyone showed during one of the most difficult moments we’ve faced. Thank you for taking the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and help us through such an emotional experience with genuine empathy. Your team made an incredibly painful moment just a little easier, and that is something we will never forget. Thank you all for the exceptional care you provided to Ozzy and for the comfort you gave our family. Kudos to each and every one of you.

  We’ve been coming to Vo Vets since it opened several years ago. They’ve always been wonderful to us and our pets but our most recent visit stands out. We had to put down our soul pup and it was hard on my whole family. They were so kind and had a great set up for families that are going through the decision to say goodbye to their pet. The tech and the vet were so kind and explained everything in such detail. They let us have as long as we needed with our boy. A couple weeks later, we get a card in the mail from Vo Vets with a lock of our pup’s hair and two paw prints. It was absolutely unexpected and so incredibly touching. I’ve always felt like they cared about our animals but this proved it.

  I'm glad my son recommended VO Vets. Both the doctor and assistant were extremely nice. It was not a rushed visit. I even received a phone call the next day to see how KitKat was doing. Highly recommend

  So happy we found VO Vets. They gave great care to our dog until the end of his life. After our dog passed away, they showed care and compassion to us. They are absolutely the most loving vets. Dr Vicario is wonderful, and so is every other staff member we encountered. Thank yall for giving our dog years of love and care.

  Everyone was kind. There was no wait at all. I did feel very pressured to spend way more than what was needed. Very pressured. They used guilt as a tool which I didnt like. Each cat vaccine was 50 dollars. I was completely shocked. And walking in tbe door was over 80. Seems way too pricey for a basic exam and 2 shots for a cat. Knowing what a annual check up was. We have decided not to return , of something was to happen to our fur baby I wouldnt trust them. I feel they would use guilt and only do what would make the most money. I do not recommend this as your home base vet.
