It was a little rough for a while but I must say since getting Alex and James from the Colleyville location have definitely helped the store improve with customer service and animal care.. I shop at both locations regularly as I work in Colleyville but live in alliance but now that the dream team is at alliance I will more then likely keep going here 🤣🤣.

Took my dog to the petco in watuaga and they did great ! Never coming to the grooming here ever again, I was so disrespected Told the manager and was told they would talk to the groomer and check the cameras. Never ever again.

Observed an employee named tammi or Tammy have a cart with some Petco merchandise like a bag of dog food and a fake bromeliad plant and run it into the enclosures with the chameleons in it. Don’t think they enjoyed that… keep control of the cart and don’t run it into things with animals in it. Asked her for crickets, didn’t have the size we needed but got a different one (that’s fine). She acted afraid of them when they got on her (threw them off of her onto the ground) and then slammed the bucket with the crickets closed. Be a little more compassionate even with small animals. It shows a lot about how you care about your job. Customers notice things!
