  Cashier was not friendly and is not very helpful or appears yo be not very knowledgeable of the store current promotions. She almost appears to be rude

  These associates know little to nothing about the animals. They should be trained better to that. Also last time I was there the fish they tried to sell me were acting funny and they told me that they were not okay because they had been left out in the shipment in the heat, after that I said I didn’t want them anymore because they would probably die they said we could still buy them, also there’s always dead fish in the tanks which will also affect the other fish. Do better Petco.

  They really need to staff the Petco stores in this area better. Both this one and the one on Denton Highway are a ghost town when it comes to employees, and you're left standing at the counter waiting for service for several minutes before anyone comes to help.

  I recently took my Corgi for a grooming session. He is usually very friendly and has never had an issue before. However, during the drying process, he became extremely nervous and ended up biting the groomer. I feel deeply sorry about this incident, and I completely understand and respect Petco’s safety protocols regarding future service. ​What truly broke my heart, though, was the employee's response when I apologized. She told me that 'Corgis are bad.' While I understand she was upset, making a hurtful generalization about a breed was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. My dog is a good boy who simply panicked, and as someone who loves their pet, hearing that comment was incredibly painful. Safety rules are understandable, but a professional should never speak about a customer's pet that way.
