- JSJohn SchlesingerAug 20, 20261.0Previous staff was fantastic, but new staff seem inexperienced and don't instill confidence. At the end of a visit assistants have suggested dosage and treatment different that the vet said. Long hold times and appointments have been "lost".
- NSNORMAN SMALLAug 5, 20261.0Brought my dog in with some skin problem. They said we are gonna attack this with a shotgun. Steroid shot, antibiotics, allergy pills. Seemed to work for about 4 days. $530 for the shotgun treatment. Take him back few weeks later, in worst shape than the first time. Now tgey actually perform a skin scrape to see what the problem is. Test was $100, so instead of $100 test the first time we guess for my $530. You know why? Cause when it doesnt work you get more money. They even charged me for the office visit on my 2nd trip even though the $530 i spent a few weeks earlier did nothing at all. Can't even waive the office visit, real swell business practice. I won't be back.
- TTTkb1968Aug 1, 20265.0I called early Aug 1st and they got me in same day. Had 2 sick dogs. Very impressed from the phone call and my check in. Saw Dr Garcia. She was incredible. The whole entire team cared and was incredible. Customer service here is top notch. I'm definitely staying here. No pressure just good care from them. Just what I was looking for. I appreciate everyone I dealt with.
