Dr.Kelly is lovely, patient, kind, thorough and she always provides the best care for our dog.I wasn't aware that she changed locations, but her staff on Hulen is top-notch and we couldn't be more pleased with the care our little fur baby receives. I'd definitely recommend!!

Had the worst experience today with this pet hospital. I called to schedule an appointment to get my cats fixed and was told that all my cats needed before getting fixed was a general examination because they have never been to this that hospital before. As soon as they took us back to the examination room, the nurse/vet assistant starts pitching to me what booster packages they have and how much they cost. They didn’t even look at my cats until after I denied the package. They were asking me things like how much they weighed and what their genders were. Is this not a Pet hospital? Is that not the information that you gather on a general exam? They then gave us an estimate for $500 spay and neuters and told us that we needed to spend $300 on booster shots before we could schedule the getting them fixed. They also stated that our cats were three months old. They are six months old. This pet hospital is money hungry and disorganized and clearly does not have skilled and trained professionals employed here.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
