- CECee EfMay 5, 20263.0I was initially happy after an inquiry over the phone that they can do bloodworks. xray and echo - so I booked online for an in room visit - then they called back, it has to be a drop off visit (which was first time for me as I am not comfortsble leaving my pet). So went to drop off at 9a, then intake said oh we do not do echo - and I was like I called about it but we were already so just proceed with the check up. Left maybe around 0930a. Called at 12p to ff up, said would call back. Dr called at around 130p to explain and it was kinda good news on subscribing for a plan to just pay $70s + $70s for exam fee instead of $600 upfront. Called again at 4p for ffup, not yet for pick up. Finally around 0530p, she was ready. Waited maybe 15mins til doctor talked in person, to explain stuff. Waited in line to pay, always getting cut off. It was really starting to be frustrating and annoying. i got a pricematch for a med ibstead of buying inline but still paid a little more but I was just like go ahead as I was just tired. Gave me a sifferent take home med but Dr left and forgot to explain what is it for so I will just call tom. I paid more than was told $280s. Left not until like 0640p and my kids were waiting in the car. The personnels were nice and patient but the customer needed a LOTTTTT of improvement - has to be more stream lined process. Anyways I am stuck with them for a year with the payment plan and they are like 2miles away. So it is what it is.
- ZGZeke GMar 13, 20261.0Terrible practice. Extremely rude staff that hangs up on customers requesting a call from a dr. Incredibly long wait times. Doctors don't want to provide approvals for common heartworm medications without a visit (the animal has been there for frequent check ups throughout the year). Avoid this place and go to a real vet.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
