Wellness plan covers very little, you’re nickel and dimed for basic additional services, staff either ill informed or intentionally advised us of incorrect plan renewal date. Cancellation process purposely made difficult. Don’t make my mistake and a local provider provider.
- DCDanson ChengMay 26, 20261.0This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, bar none. I'm be a banfield hospital member since when I was in Los Angeles. I visited Arcadia banfield hospital a lot times They helped my pet really well. Also, when I moved to Minnesota they helped my pet was really good, too. Today early morning my pet was uncomfortable that I picked up the closest banfield hospital to visit (My original hospital is in NRH, they did great things before, too. Because the distance and situation that why you went to the closest one). But after visited I'll say Dr. Parker service is really really bad, she gave me a lot medicine but some medicine don't match up his symptom such as he experienced absolutely no vomiting or intestinal discomfort. Aside from the constant upselling of various medications, I was left waiting endlessly in the reception area. What’s worse, my dog's condition visibly deteriorated by the time we left. When I questioned the vet about his heavy panting, I was dismissed with 'it’s just the hot weather.' We had only been outside for a minute—how could he be overheated that fast? My pet looks much worse now than when we arrived this morning. So, I would absolutely never recommend bringing your pets here for treatment, let alone seeing them. They just keep prescribing different medications to make money off you, and never do the right job what they need to do.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
