I called to make sure a prescription was ready and said I would be there a bit before 5:30 because I was getting off work. My cat really really needs the meds for his nausea. They assured me they would have it there for me to pick up. I walk in and the lady gives me attitude and acts confused like I didn’t say I’d be there to pick it up. She tells me “well won’t you be here tomorrow”. Yes but my cat isn’t feeling well today. Really shows you how much they care. Mind you I pay a health plan monthly and at least expected for good service. She said the registers were closed. I’m wondering why everything was shut down 45 mins before closing. They pick their own closing hours and don’t take much into consideration. Very disappointing.

I just want to thank Dr.Kelley and her staff. We bring our animals here, but last month I had to bring my 10 year old cat in for multiple issues. Two days ago I had to bring her back because unfortunately she hadn’t gotten any better and she was suffering. Dr. Kelley and her staff were there every step of the way over the last month by answering any questions of the hundreds I had. When it was time for me to bring her in to see if my baby needed to cross the rainbow bridge, Dr.Kelley came in the room and had a long one on one talk with me about her opinion of if my girl was suffering. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she took the time to sit and make me feel better about my decision to let my girl go. She told me she would keep pushing if I wanted her to. However she was honest about the possible outcomes. Her and her staff were so kind and gentle with my baby. My other fur babies will never see another vet as long as she is there.Thank you Dr.Kelley and team.

In September 2023, my family and I made the decision to have our baby Tohru put down after her diabetes became unmanageable with medication. Saying goodbye to a dog is one of the most painful moments of life, and the team here carried us through it with so much love and humanity. They cried with us , treated our girl like family, and never rushed our grief. When I came back later to pick up her ashes and keepsakes, they were just as warm and caring. If you’re a pet parent looking for euthanasia and cremation services they’re fairly priced and so considerate. Years have passed, and y’all’s kindness has stayed with me. I will always be grateful for the care, humanity, and love you showed us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the compassion you showed me and my sweet Tohru. I hope you know the way you cared for both of us made an unbearable day feel a little less lonely!
