- GAgodwillbethere anonymous5 days ago1.0I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding ongoing issues this location, as well as the lack of follow-up from your corporate office too. I have repeatedly experienced problems at this store, particularly with simple returns with receipts, despite providing my phone number. Furthermore, employees have mismanaged situations, claimed to be managers when they were not, and failed to provide basic customer service. I didn't even offer to do it without a receipt which I can return without a receipt too. The store employee didn't even offer that. During a recent visit to purchase birds, an employee demanded that I enter my name, address, and personal information into a handheld device. I have purchased birds from your store many times without ever being required to do this, yet I was told I could not complete my purchase unless I complied. I previously reported these issues to corporate, but I have not received a response. Given these experiences and the lack of communication, I—along with several family members and friends—will no longer be shopping at your stores. I am sharing this feedback to the public now in the hope that someone will you address the management and customer service practices at this location.

I was terrified. I do not like reptiles. I do not like going there and having a very close encounter, I will have nightmares surely those horrible creatures can be somewhere else away from the register.
