I dropped off my cat at 11am and they called me at 2:30pm to tell me that they couldn't perform any medical activity on my pet (he needed his shots) because he was stressed and the "doctor" suggested to bring him another day. It's so annoying that they don't know how to do their job and make people waste their time and try to solve it just with their stupid face and saying "I'm so sorry and thank you for the feedback " I booked my in person for 11am and they said they had a surgery, they should at least give a call to let us know they will be busy instead of having the pet all that time in a cage. Do not recommend this place at all.
- SAsammy ayateyJun 4, 20261.0I went online and tried to make appointment for my little dog and got confirmation for 11am June 4th...I call for information about what to bring the cost they tell me they don't have any appointments left for the day and I had to reschedule I would have gotten up and brought him there for no reason that's a red flag for me.... I look to take him somewhere else I send a email and said they replied in two business days no thanks I won't be going there
- CJCordie JohnsonMay 20, 20261.0I've been going to the Banfield in Hurst for years and after an urgent visit to Euless, I will be sticking with Hurst FOREVER!! They (Euless) were kind enough to squeeze in seeing my cat to their day, and quoted me half an hour on him being examined. 3.5 hours later, I have to call to ask for an update, where they proceeded to place me on hold for over 30 minutes and sent me to voicemail. I drove all the way up from Randol Mill to Euless in that time, so I walked in to get answers since they were ineffective with the phone. THEN they tell me he needs x rays... okay, you should've called with that HOURS ago. Now I have to wait until the next day, but the veterinarian assured me someone would get back to me the next day. Next day comes and no call - I reach out, and no one knows what's going on with my cat. I've also filed a complaint with the national Banfield office for this location. They did not care about our cat whatsoever. I honestly believe they wouldn't have called about him at all until it was too late for me to come pick him up, if at all, and more than likely he would've been abandoned there overnight.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
