  This store is always under staffed and takes too long to make purchases. They also have unpublished rules. FYI don’t drive there on a Sunday expecting to get fish after 7pm.

  I can’t believe that you are charging $30 a piece for a cat litter pan. I won’t be shopping there any more!

  Went today for my dogs first vetco appointment. Showed up and signed in etc, was told to wait so i waited and looked around the store. but I didnt see the line until 30 minutes later, which was long. I looked online to see if I missed the appointment and it did read "missed" and if I wanted to rebook. I was about to ask the younger lady that attended and checked us in but she rushed back in the vet room after checking someone else in. So I thought not to waste more time and left. I got a call not even 5 minutes later saying the vet was ready for us but I told her I wasn't aware I had to wait in the line and left. Before I finished my sentence the younger lady on the phone said " OK we'll move on to the next," and I said that was fine, move on i was going to book somewhere else. And shr hung up on me without saying another word or response. It seems to have been a miscommunication but the lack of customer service.. yall need to work on that. Thanks.

  Had an appt at 10:45 which I still came early for and it’s been 2 hours and have not heard anything to pick her up still… I get off and they state give us another hour, so you’re telling me she’s been in a kennel for 3 hours until her turn?? like what’s the purpose of making an appt? At this point I’m waiting over 3 hours for my dog which had an appt early in the morning! Yet there’s a sign on the counter that states if after we call and let you know your pets done you have 30 min window frame if not we will charge 15$, at this point I should state the same to them over 3 hours is insane!! In a kennel! After they tell me it’s going to be another hour I leave and I get a text stating she’s done?
