  These people hurt my fur baby. I took my dog in for a grooming and I was called after she was groomed they claimed she was hurt and next time I took her in go give her CBD for pets because she was anxious. When I pi ked her up she couldn't walk. We questioned the groomers and they told me she jumped and I asked why didn't they tell me this over the phone. I asked for camera footage and "none" She cried when we got home because everytime she moved she was hurting. I ended up taking her to vet emergency and her diagnosis was her Right limb was pulled out of her socket. I called the groomers and they said they would cover cost of vet. Which they did. The groomers said any further visits Id have to go through their insurance. My baby ended up needing surgery to place joint back in place. Their insurance only covered a certain amount and insurance company told us they had already paid the owner out! I called the owner and until this day haven't even spoken to him directly its always his workers or assistants. The owner wants to play cat and mouse. Our vet bill was higher than what insurance paid him. Until this day we haven't received a dime. This is not a cat chases mouse game. Own up to your responsibilities as a buisness owner! He wants us to be chasing him all around town. Mean time my dog will never be the same and she will always need to be cared for. Any other advise from El Paso? Small claim✔️

  I love the way the young man grooms my 2 Pomeranians Chyna & Nakita . . He is very professional and very good with my girls. He does a amazing job I highly recommend this dog groomer. I’ll include a picture of my girls right after I picked them up this past Sunday!

  Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Place was clean and items to help bathe your baby were easily available. I'll returning and will recommend to others.
