🐾🫧 Shaggy the Inspector’s Grooming Report 🫧🐾 When you’re carrying around THIS much fluff, grooming is definitely not optional! 😂🐶 Every 30 days—MAX—my parents have to drop me off for my full spa day: a nice shower, LOTS of brushing, a haircut, and of course, the final fluff-up so I can leave looking extra handsome. ✂️🛁✨ Poor Mom and Dad… keeping all this fluff looking good can get a little pricey 💸😂, but they say I’m worth every penny. Mom especially loves when I come home smelling fresh, soft, fluffy, and ready to jump in bed for some big fluffy hugs. 🥰🐾 I may be her service dog, but at home I’m also her big fluffy comfort buddy. When I’m cuddled next to her, all that stress and anxiety seems to disappear. ❤️ Nothing beats a freshly groomed Shaggy hug! And I definitely have to give my groomer… 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 FIVE PAWS! Mom forgot his name 😂🙈, but he knows who he is! Thank you for always making this big fluffy boy look handsome, smell amazing, and stay inspection-ready. You definitely have your work cut out for you with all this hair! 😂✂️🐶 Shaggy the Inspector approved! 🐾✅

Excellent service! Andrea is the best, my dog is always scared of everything, and Andrea knows how to handle her and take care all her needs.

Did a self-service dog wash and nail trim add on. The staff member was very helpful! They provided everything we needed for a good bath and we were very happy with the results.

These people hurt my fur baby. I took my dog in for a grooming and I was called after she was groomed they claimed she was hurt and next time I took her in go give her CBD for pets because she was anxious. When I pi ked her up she couldn't walk. We questioned the groomers and they told me she jumped and I asked why didn't they tell me this over the phone. I asked for camera footage and "none" She cried when we got home because everytime she moved she was hurting. I ended up taking her to vet emergency and her diagnosis was her Right limb was pulled out of her socket. I called the groomers and they said they would cover cost of vet. Which they did. The groomers said any further visits Id have to go through their insurance. My baby ended up needing surgery to place joint back in place. Their insurance only covered a certain amount and insurance company told us they had already paid the owner out! I called the owner and until this day haven't even spoken to him directly its always his workers or assistants. The owner wants to play cat and mouse. Our vet bill was higher than what insurance paid him. Until this day we haven't received a dime. This is not a cat chases mouse game. Own up to your responsibilities as a buisness owner! He wants us to be chasing him all around town. Mean time my dog will never be the same and she will always need to be cared for. Any other advise from El Paso? Small claim✔️
