I've been using this place for about a year now. Their daycare is awesome, and my pup has always loved going there.
I have also used their bathing services, and for the most part, they've been good.
Something that has frustrated me in the past is that some of the folks who work here, who care for our pets, don't know how to use a gentle leader. It made me nervous the first time I saw it, but figured the person was a bit frazzled, so I let it go. Today, however, was what I'd consider unacceptable. The lady who helped me fastened the leader around my dog's neck, which, if you use a gentle leader, you know the loop is meant to go around the back of the head, making it too small for the neck. My pup was choking.
We got it handled, and I refastened him. But this isn't acceptable. Employees should be trained on the types of collars, leashes and harnesses they may come across.
My pup also came home smelling like a hair salon. I was not expecting that given that the last few times we used the bath service, it was barely noticeable.
